I contacted ********************* at Glosswerks NW on Aug. 18, 2022 to check on his protective film install on my new car. After researching a few companies I decided to go with **** due to his expertise, product, and insight of how other car owners come to him to fix less-quality services from other companies. He quoted me $1,716.25 for a full hood, bumper, grille, fenders and mirror application of Xpel Ultimate Fusion protective film. We originally scheduled for Oct. 24, 2022 as my vehicle was supposed to arrive by mid October. We pushed it back to Nov. 14th. We had to reschedule because **** was out of town. We rescheduled for Nov. 28th. On the 27th he said he was sick, so we rescheduled again for Dec. 5th.**** spent about 11 hours installing the protective film on the front of my vehicle. He left after I had left for an appointment, but messaged me not to wash it for two weeks so the film could fully bond.Three weeks after the service, I washed the vehicle and noticed a few imperfections. I waited a week to see if they would level out and they didn't. I messaged **** on Jan. 5th with some photos asking if this was under warranty that he could fix as it seemed like a application issue and the service was done just one month before. He replied three days later with, "Hey man! Sorry I was locked out of my account for a little bit. I can fix those areas ?? A few areas lifting is pretty common and easy to fix. Can I come out Thursday Evening?"I replied yes and asked what time on Thursday, January 12th he would be available so I could clear my schedule. He never replied.I've sent multiple ******** messages (his preferred method of communication), text messages, and emails with no response. My last email was sent to him on January 27th.At this point I will have to pay another company to fix his faulty installation service he said he would fix.I'm not sure if the company in ***** is his as he started his company in the ******* area before moving to *******.
