    In March 2024, I spent approximately $225 at Fast Form Filler in hopes of expediting my passport application ($64.88 service fee and $160 for passport book and card). I sent an email inquiry about the status of my purchase and I received an email acknowledging I placed an order but I never received a passport book and card.

    In February 2024, I wanted to renew my passport. I searched "renew passport online" and Fast Form Filler came up as a way to renew your passport online for $60. However, this isn't true because a passport can't be renewed online and they instead charge you $60 to autofill the application (which you can do for free on the ********** of ***** website) and email it to you for you print and mail. After filling out the information online, they sent a deceptive email asking you to complete the application where they asked for more sensitive info such as parent's names, spouse name and marriage date. I'm not sure what this had to do with the passport application.

    FastFormFiller online is a scam, but most importantly I'm worried about giving them my private information for my passport renewal. Do NOT use this service!

    I need to renew my ** passport and their site made it look like they were the first step. All they did was help complete a form (which is NOT difficult) and provide mailing instructions - for $67.88. This company is fraudulent on making it appear they are part of the renewal process and it is strictly a seperate charge that is UNNECESSARY. I did not utilize the paperwork they gave me

    I was searching on how to renew my passport, and my first search result on ****** seemed like a legitimate website. It took me to a website with a very small disclaimer, which I did not see the first time or click on. I thought I was on the US **************** site and began filling out my passport renewal info. I thought the payment was for the expedited service, and I came to find out it was just for filling out the forms, which you can do for free on the US ****************'s website. My bigger concern is that my SSN and sensitive information went onto this site. It is deceptive and charges money for something that is provided for free. Sites like ****** should make it clear that it a non-government site or not affiliated with the US state department.

    Fake website acting like its a secure way to submit government documents. Doesn't make it clear it's not affiliated with the entities for which you are trying to submit forms until AFTER it's collected your private information.
