    I hired this company to clear out trees from our newly purchased home. While pulling down trees one came down onto and next to the roof. It is a new roof and the damage that cold be seen was damaged shingles. The owner said his brother-in-law worked for a roofing company and would be out to fix it. That was the end of August and I am writing this on 10/28/24. There has been nothing but excuses and he claims to be licensed and bonded but refuses to give me that information to get my roof fixed.

    The damage to the property has since been repaired on 11/2/2024. The total damage to the property was 370$. The customer was extremely happy with the work that was done with property and had 0 complaints with the scope of work we were hired to do. The damage that took place were neither structural or inviting any other damage continue (water damage, Rodents, ETC) The reason it took so long to be repaired was because the contractors I trusted to complete the fix were extremely busy at this time and I tried to contact other contractors to fix the issue but had no luck with responses. I have made many sincere apologies with customer and accountability. I did not refuse to show insurance or bond which I do possess. I did not receive any request for any information. 

     

    In the picture attached the damage is to the shingles which were creased over, the flashing and roof had 0 damage, no paint, siding or structural damage occured at all. The total cost to fix was 370$.

    I am rejecting this response because: I am not "extremely happy" with the outcome. I'm just glad it is over. I told the business owner I am fine with this being closed as "resolved" but I will not be recommending him. And not answering my text messages and going to my significant other when asked for the documents is in my book refusing to produce them.
