    I visited Maple Grove RV sales and services (1.5-hour drive from my home) on or about 20APR24 and agreed to finance an InTech ** trailer from the dealership with a potential date to pick up the ** trailer at a later date. Approximately 6 days later I received an unforeseen legal wage garnishment from my current employer which will currently put me in considerable financial burden beyond my means as single father of 3. I have spoken with the credit union, and they are willing to reverse the loan as I have not made any payments. I also spoke with the ********************* of ********* and there is paperwork that I can file to have the ** trailer re-registered back to Maple Grove RV as I have yet to obtain possession of the ** trailer. Upon speaking with the Manager *************************, she is totally refusing to assist me with the situation and not allowing to speak with the president of the company.

    April 26, 2023 invoice for repair of ** roof we were in process of buying. Maple Grove indicated the ** needed a new roof and they would repair it at no cost to us. Repair was done and we purchased the motor home. New roofs should last ***** years with proper maintenance. By August, 4 months later, we found the plywood had detached from the water proofing membrane. An ** dealer/servicer in our town looked at the **** repair job and indicated it was some of the worst workmanship he has ever seen. He said the whole roof would have to be ripped off and replaced. We conacted Maple Grove by September and their service manager, the owner's husband, indicated it is past their 90 day warrenty period and they will not do anything to make good on their poor roof replacement.

    ******************* ***** ***************************** purchased a 2014 Forest River FR3 from our dealership, Maple Grove RV.  Pursuant to the terms of the agreement the ** was sold As Is - No Warranty.   The sale price reflected its age, the ** obviously was a used ** and the roof was compromised at the time of purchase.  Prior to Mr. ***** **************** taking possession,  we actually upgraded the ** by replacing the roof with a better one.  *** ***** ******** inspected and accepted the ** As is  before they left to go back to ******.  *** ***** ******** drove the ** on the ************** through the *****. If you have ever driven this road, it is not maintained, filled with sink holes and a destructive drive for any **.  I suspect any damage done to the frame or roof was done on this drive. 

    Once they were in ****** *** ***** ******** reached out to us regarding the roof.   As a courtesy we offered for them to come back to our dealership and let us fix it for them free of charge.  Even when an ** comes with a warranty, and this one did not, we require that the ** be brought back to the dealership for repair.

    In short, this was an As IS sale and despite that, we were happy to repair the roof if the ** was brought back to our shop.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Contrary to Maple Groves response they never offered to fix the poor workmanship they did on the motor home roof repair!  When we found out the roof needed to be replaced I was not going to purchase the motor home.  The salesman said, Look at it this way, youre getting a brand new roof and it will be repaired by us!.  Indicating they do a good job.  An RV roof should be expected to last 20 years.  A trip up the ************* would not damage a new roof.  It is fully paved, maintained year around.  We have driven this highway no less than five times, round trip.  

    Maple Groves refuses to acknowledged the failure of the roof is due to their poor workmanship.  We had a reputable RV sales & Service inspect the roof and the owner indicated hed had never seen such a poor replacement job!
