    The seller was asked to commission a 3d printed Headsculpt to be shipped to Ireland.When paying on PayPal the seller suggests that you use the friends and family option on paypal or pay additional charges otherwise through PayPal, knowing that if a claim is filed the buyer is not entitled to a refund on PayPal, when choosing friends and family.Item didn't arrive so seller was contacted.The seller was trying to suggest it is the responsibility of the buyer to trace the missing goods.The seller reluctantly said they would replace the goods however the buyer must again pay for shipping.****** says nothing more they can do to trace the item, made no attempts to do so.Seller will not refund money , nor replace goods unless I pay further postage.Seller then withdrew the offer to replace stating they don't have to.I'm left with nothing having spent 75 dollars in good faith with this business.

    I wish to inform you that the above case has been resolved and therefore no more action is required. I wish to withdraw from any further proceedings and have been in contact with the business to resolve the issue in person.
