1 starWish I could give ZERO stars! Said they were sending my new phone. That was 24 days ago! TWICE I called for the status. Two different reps said phone was sent out & I'd receive it any day now. Still, no phone. Spoke to another rep. who said they weren't sending a phone. I asked for supervisor. Waited on hold for 35 minutes then got disconnected. Called again finally got supervisor. After a long time on hold again....I spoke to a supervisor who told me that I would have to PAY for a phone. The phone that I presently have of theirs, stopped working after 2 or 3 months. It wouldn't power on, even with tech support! So, I have to PAY for another phone! This is MY fault???? They also said that this phone is no longer under warranty! Damn! The phone is only 2 or 3 months old! I've never heard of a warranty that covered such a short amount of time! I am disabled with *****, RA, and diabetes, and this was my only phone. I wonder what happens if I have an emergency? Do I CRAWL to a neighbors house??? Thanks Assurance Wireless! So much for being able to depend on your s*** phones and even shittier service!Review fromleonardo b

1 starThe company is engaged in deceptive practices, it has randomly added 3 routers to my account ... one of which I was charged for when I closed an account. That account now shows as a 'write off' and can potentially can show on my credit report for failure to return equipment that was never needed, ordered or received. When I was made aware of this situation I was informed that since it has gone to 'write off' status they are unable to correct this. Going to file an FCC complaint, I cant file a Better Business Complaint because tmobile refunded the money to me, however they refuse to fix the issue of the collections referral and showing my account as a 'write off' ...Review fromYingqing S

2 starsIn Last June, I called ******** asking the international travel data plan. The sale person on the pone told me there was promotion for ******* Tablet Galaxy Tab A7 Lite Since I am the ******** customer since 2015. I can get a free ******* Tablet Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. I will only pay the service fee for 5$ /month. I asked specifically abut the return and refund policy sine I will be our of *** for more than 3 month and can not return the tablet if it did not work. The sale person told me there is no time limit, as long as I return the tablet to local ******** store and cancel the service, the service will stopped and I do not need pay anything. However, on Sep 2023 when I can back from International trip and visited the ******** ********* Mera Mesa store, I spent over 3 hrs there tried to cancel the service. I was told that I have to pay $200 for the tablet which was never be able to use since I got it due to extremely slow speed ( I paid over $100 for the service instead) . Finally, I have to pay the whole price. The store manager *********************** is very helpful and helped me to get $49.99. But I still paid $155.25 even I returned the tablet which is in original perfect condition. Till today, over 3 months passed, I still did not receive the $155,25 refund even though I returned the tablet on Sep 29th. I was so frustrated by this troubled event. I paid over $100 service and end up no use it at all and just 3 hours stay in the local ******** store to terminate the service and return the tablet. I felt that I was cheated by ******** sale person through Telephone. I will never trust any ******** promotion by the sales person on telephone any more and tel my friends never take the deal with T-***** telephone sales person .Review fromCasey G

1 starI added a line for my brother in law he was getting charged for his previous line even though we transferred phone numbers did not educate us and assume for us to pay for both loans this company is a rip off I was on the phone with an hour they refused to come up with a solution for my problem and said they need to do an investigation in order to solve the issue. Ive been with this company for over 8 years you would think that would mean something BUT ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY absolutely rediculous.Review fromJasmine F

1 starI have been paying for insurance for 19 years and the one time a file a claim there's nobody to fix my cell phone in my area and it took over 10 months for them to help me fix the issue. How can they charger me for a service they can't provide. This is very unfair and false advertising.Review fromJayy W

1 starI would give it 0 stars if I could but I cant these people do nothing but lie under their teeth thinking that we are too dumb to call them out on it, whenever they tell you they document the call its a lie cause it gives them a chance to not have to do what they said they were going to do. For instance I have overpaid on my account and I asked for the money back and their trying to tell me that I never overpaid and wont give me the money back then had the nerve to ask me when overpayment started and proceeding to tell me well you should know etc etc. Im so done with ******** Im going to be calling back and giving them a piece of my mind and at the end of that call I will have my money back in my accountReview fromDebra W

1 starI upgraded my phone in March and was offered a FREE Galaxy watch with a monthly fee of $10.00 which i decided to try, wasn''t my thing and tried to return but each time the sprint/t mobile computer was down. Tried to cancel over the phone and was informed to contact the customer service and they would send me a box to return the watch in then it could be canceled. I did so and they told my i would need to finish paying off the watch. Apparently, they combined the watch with my phone and i have been paying for it all along. sounds like a good class action suit to meReview fromWyatt R

1 starI have been sent 4 of the same phone (UMX) in 2 years. I even had to buy one off of their site. I paid for the phone and went through 7 people trying to get it activated. Not one of them could get it to work, was sent another UMX phone. Now, it will not charge at all. I have trouble hearing callers and them hearing me. It will not send emails a lot of times. Now, I will have to call and spend time going through many people to get someone to send me a new phone. The company states lifeline, how can they claim that when the phones they supply are so unreliable? Hopefully, I will be able to transfer service to a more reliable company.Review fromOctavia P

1 starI am very disappointed with the service I am receiving since I have started my service with the company. I would like to file a complaint due to the level of service I am being provided. My account has been compromised Im not sure what going on because Ive only had your service since Aug. 2023. Im not able to see my charges on my bill while using the ******** app. *** called several times to get clarification on my bill. I keep getting put on hold and the call eventually disconnects. I visited the store to get help from the sales rep who I purchased the phone from and he said that my bill would be.. I have been making my payments and for some reason it doesnt seem to make any sense.I was told all phones would be free under the special that was offered to me and the discount for the phones would be applied as credit for each line prior to going into store I started receiving calls from the ******** prior to my 1st bill to welcome me before the 14day grace ******** expressed my concerns then, about not being able to see anything on the app about my plans and still nothing is be shared on the app. I was instructed to uninstall and reinstall the apps but it still doesnt show on the app but my lines are crossed. Several times I explained to the representative I refuse to accept any agreement until I know what Im being charged. As I am aware that a ******** has a 14 day grace ******* I asked about the app not showing up. Informed me to call in.Not to mention 3 different sites that accept payment. I dont know about that also.If you need me to provide my police report as well. Im still not able to see my bill due to the fact that my lines have been crossed. Im getting the runaround and I just prefer to end the agreement since it been 4 months and I havent gotten any resolution.
