    On May 26th, 2022 Premium Home Service did a check up service of our AC unit. The technician, named ******, told us our unit might last less than a few months. It should be noted that our unit was working perfectly. The next day which was a hot day we tried to turn our unit on. To our surprise it did not turn on. We did not feel comfortable to call Premium since we felt he was interested in selling us a new unit. We tried a few other companies, none could come the same day. I thought to check the unit in the attic. To my surprise, I saw that the unit cover was not put back. I put back the cover " which pushes a switch". the unit started to work. I felt the technician left the cover off either on purpose or by negligent. Either way, is that the proper way to do business? **** ********
