    On July 23,2024. Bobcat hired by my neighbor for the removal of a tree in my backyard adjacent to his yard. Both neighbor and I agreed For Bobcat tree service to use. S. Plaza trail for entry of removal. Bobcat also agreed. I had a very bad & unprofessional removal of the tree. They never assessed measurements of solely entry of equipment. Both The reps were disingenuous stating they needed to bring small utility truck through driveway. Upon I moving my vehicle across s.side of street. They brought in this massive 19ft trailer onto my 3 yr old driveway. Backing it in on one side of left driveway, upon me running across st. The rep stated don't worry allow. I was yelling at her as the rig got stuck in fence and sunk in left side with all that weight. I told her you were suppose to bring anything large on other side.She stated she couldn't. But not true! After they damaged driveway, fence and back driveway crushed. They went as requested on side entry. Took the man 5 mins to remove fence. And they went in with2 trailers. This company didn't abide by our agreement. And they know the damage they caused & only want to be responsible for a small portion of our home. Travis & Aimee looking for easy access they could care less about your home. If you wasn't the one to hire them. Be very aware I wasn't myself & they took advantage of this.
