    Absolutely the BEST! Jamal helped me troubleshoot my computer problem or, I should say, Jamal did it all. I am computer illiterate. Jamal helped me in every way possible from carrying my computer in and out of the store, treating me with dignity and respect in spite of my illiteracy; he is a true gentleman. He treated me like I was the only person in the store and gave me his undivided attention. He checked everything and offered his solid advice along the way. It's so encouraging to know that people with Jamal's character still exist. Thank you, Jamal. It is my hope that the owner of Vinton Computer values you as a truly dedicated employee.
