  This business is a scam that is also operating under the name Tow Kingz out of King **************** They gave me on quote and then once they had my car they quoted another price and refused to drop the car. Please contact the ************************ in ** if you have been scammed by them. Also, contact the *** if they told you that they do not accept major credit card payments. This is how the escape paying taxes. I will not stop going after these scammers until they are out of business.

  The company I work for has been trying to get in contact with them since May, it is now mid August, trying to obtain a contract from them as weve done management takeover (back in April) and we wanted to know the guidelines that were in place that both parties were to follow, just for them to not respond to our emails. They've since towed cars of employees that work on the property. When we went to pick up the employees towed car we told them verbally that we were not going to continue with their service as we removed all postings for their company from the property. This past weekend they loaded up a residents car, proceeded to knock on the row of residents doors until the owner of the vehicle came out and said he would need $150 to drop his car, in the same exact spot. Had the company simply loaded the car and hauled it away, there would be no problem. To go out of your way and hassle people for triple times the actual drop fee is absurd. Not to mention the driver in this incident had the nerve to have his young child with him. I can understand bringing your child to work but to open the door to a potentially dangerous situation with your child there is a whole different ball game. Furthermore, when you actually show up to the lot to collect your car, no one is there. You have to call and schedule an appointment in order to retrieve your vehicle. I spoke to the manager today, since ***** was on vacation, just letting him know his driver was still coming to the property taking cars and asking for three times the drop fee after we had removed their postings and verbally ended the contract we never received. This manager confirmed the drop fee is only $150 after the car leaves the property its loaded from. However because we were, again, expressing our disinterest in proceeding with their services, he was more worried about receiving his signage back rather than the haggling his driver was doing or the true concerns we as customers had. Do not use. 0 star service.

  They is the worst company I have ever seen. They drop fee is 50 but the driver charging 150 in front of my apartment. Knock on everybody door to get their attention and try to get them to pay him money. Never use this company. The owner of the company he must dont care if he still have them doing this. They have no signs on the property and is still coming out here towing cars that is just like stealing cars. Everyone who is reading remember they are being reported as I type this.

  Quick Towing LLC is robbing folks. There have been several occasions where Quick Towing LLC has towed cars at *******************. They load the car up on the truck, knock on the surrounding doors and then ask the tenants for $150 - if the tenant pays, they will drop it. After discussion with the Owner, the drop fee is $50. They should not be taunting residents at midnight for $150.00, especially if the drop fee is only $50.After this situation happened, services were cancelled with the Company. However, they waited two weeks and began again - exact same situation. The signs had been removed and they had already been asked not to come back to the site. This companies tow truck drivers are HORRIBLE and extremely unprofessional. ONE star rating because it made be select a star rating...
