    I purchased the latest version of their software product (PowerArchiver 2023 Toolbox) online (12.12.23) using a cc. I have not received my activation code to unlock the software despite numerous inquiries both online and by phone, Their phone do not pickup. Despite having had a good experience in the past over many years, it appears they are no longer supporting their customers including unlocking purchased software despite a website still collecting money. The latest charge has appeared on my cc account. If they have indeed closed their business, their website should so indicate and discontinue further sales.

    The vendor has subsequently contacted me and provided the authentication code required to unlock the software. The issue appears to involve the email service blocking the vendors automated messages. I consider the issue resolved.

    Hello,

    Our support team has contacted ********************** to assist in the matter. Seems like ************************* **** email address has Spam filtered our registration/license email message which is automatically sent after purchase, and it did not arrive.
    After contacting **********************, we tested sending him the registration again various times to no avail. When switched to another email address, ************************** registration information arrived immediately and he is able to register the software he purchased. We did offer an option to refund ************************** order and it seems that he would like to keep his PowerArchiver license at this time and we will gladly assist in finding the reason why his **** email address is rejecting our registration emails. At this time, he can receive our registration/license email messages through the alternate email address that ********************** provided.
    We have attached a part of the correspondence with ********************** with our support team.
