      ***** and his crew were proffesional and performed quality work. We are very satified with our new roof and siding. I have and will continue to recommend Absolute Exterior Concepts and would not hesitate to call for any future projects.

      AEC has installed roofs on two houses for me. There has not been a problem with the materials provided, but I am very dissatisfied with the lack of attention given to an issue that arose after completion. Apparently, the installation crew did not clean any loose nails off the roof of my house upon completion. This roof was finished 2+ years ago and I am still having rusted nails falling onto my deck and driveway (2 flat tires so far from old roofing nails). Four phone calls and two scheduled no-shows for someone from AEC to clean the nail debris off my roof is what I am left with. The adage “you get what you pay for” is obvious with AEC. Promise made, promises broken, no follow through on commitments to fix the issue...be aware before you buy.
