    Major Bait and switch. Sales promo said I won a prize. I called the number on the advertisement to verify that I had won such prize. The person on the phone said you won a prize and to Call Mary when I arrived, I was greated by asalesman that took me to his cubicle and made a call. I asked if that was Mary. He said hold on I will be right back!(Very schetchy) as he left he took my winning flyer . When he returned he said yes I won a way lesser product the was explained on the flyer!!? I would not trust them to sell me a bottle of water much less a vehicle!!!

    Bought a 2019 Nissan Platinum Reserve Maxima. No issues car was great. Recently sold it and then needed to cancel my Extended Warranty. I called and the finance office specifically Tanya E. took my call and i emailed mailed her the cancellation request. I waited a week to hear back and didnt so i called and now she isn't in the office, she must take 7 days a week off. So they will sell you a warranty, but they sure don't want to cancel it when you move on. Side note i add the sport spoiler and they dented my trunk. I had to bring it back to be repaired. So overall the car was great, their customer service and technicians were not. Nissan makes the car not Bannister. Bannister is FAILING THIER CUSTOMERS J.S.

    Making my purchase at Banister Nissan was a great experience. I always bring my former Nissan kicks there for service, and the service is always great. I like that they call and check in with you once you inquire and or leave your vehicle for service. That drove me to inquire about my new car; it's my graduation present. I called it my (Tezzla Nissan). My rep, Tucker, was great and kept me posted and checked if everything was okay and if I was happy with my new ride. I love it. I came from a Nissan family line. My mom has a 2019 Rogue, and my partner has a 2020 Altima. We are Nissan lovers. Thanks again, Banister, and for the great service from y'all.

    Took my car for service. Once the service was completed, my car was to be dropped off to another shop. They took it took it to the wrong shop, futhermore, I was told I would receive a call, when the vehicle was dropped off. I did not get that. I had to send my son to the shop to find out where my car was. He took it to where it was suppose to be, but called me and said, didn't you pay ******* last year for an ac fix? I said yes. Well whatever they did your ac is not working now. I said it was working when I drove the car to them. I called them and they said that I would get a call from the service person who's initials is B A. He never called, nor did anyone of them bother to call. I had to call my lawyer.

    My Experiences × 3 vehicles have been nothing short of Stella from the Sales Team to Service Joshua W.....The Courtsey Manger Angie The whole experience has been updated and I noticed .....1st after making my service appointment I received a text offer to discuss an upgrade ....upon arrival I notice new equipment at the service entrance met by Josh who took me over to a monitor that had my vehicle scanned to show every point of interest and explained. I waited 45 minutes for my service as promised o/c tires rotated cabin filters changed With a sticker that said thank you ....in a world with no customer service anywhere anymore. .you guys a Banister Nissan of Norfolk continue to amaze me and make me feel Value THANK YOU
