    I bought a computer for my son who was going to college for an engineering degree. I ordered it in May it did not arrive until late July. He took to to college and it lasted about a month. Then it started having all kinds of problems. It is an over **** dollar computer.. he has contacted VM about everything. He even left a bad review and they blocked him. I went with reviews when I ordered it as a graduation present. My son is on the spectrum who has a lot to deal with every day.. This computer was meant to help him, this younger generation many of their friends are online.. Velocity Micro has not held up their part. It needs to be repaired. Or I need a **** dollar refund then I will go to another company. Please help.

    Our apologies for the issues this customer has experienced. Our support team has spoken with this end user multiple times in an attempt to resolve the problems he's experiencing and get the system to perform at his expectations, but we've admittedly had issues communicating with him in a productive manner. During our last conversation, we did offer to recall the unit for repair at our facility, but did not hear back from the user. We'd like to again extend that offer to recall the ** and run a full diagnosis of these issues. This would be covered under warranty with prepaid shipping covered each way. We hope this is a reasonable resolution for this customer.
