    Both the technicians were very good. Very knowledgeable and put me at ease and got my problem resolved. They did a great job. They always told me they will fix my problem and that's what they did so i am very pleased with the support i got from Geek PRO

    I'd love to add to all these great reviews. I contacted Computer Concepts about a issue I'm having with my monitor and very shortly after I emailed them I received a very detailed email asking additional questions along with quoting me prices for the repair depending on the route I choose to go. It was then I realized I'm fairly distant from their location, which I noted in my follow up response to them. Not only did they respond back but they also continued to offer advice on how to fix things. This is a rare and outstanding way of conducting business. I strongly encourage anyone looking for computer related repairs or a new computer to check this place out.
