My mother in law needed new face mask and found this place on google. But learned it was by appointment only from the owner but he called the store and told Justin that I was coming by for mask. Justin was very informative on which mask I needed for the situation even gave me them for free. IM VERY VERY GRATEFUL for everything they've done for me! I recommend them and their services 10/10!!!OxygenPlus Concentrators, Inc.

Cannot comment yet on the product as it has just arrived. However, as to their customer service...5 stars. There was some miscommunication as to the shipping details which caused us some frustration; but, when i called to discuss, the matter was quickly resolved!OxygenPlus Concentrators, Inc.

The concentrator was loud when plugged in and after 5 minutes the wrench light came on in red and an alarm rang out until we turned it off. We called and left a message to the number that was provided and we sent an email. The response as to plug it in and tell them what was happening. When I finally had time to follow the instructions, the concentrator ran fine for 30 minutes and then the alarm rang out continuously and the wrench turned red again. We turned it off and haven’t not touched it since. Another email went out requesting a full reimbursement and a mailing slip to cover mailing fees. The response was that they normally do not give refunds. Do not bother using this company they are out to take advance of the elderly and a disabled veteran at that.OxygenPlus Concentrators, Inc.

We had received an email from our customer that their machine was not working. The following morning we received a follow up email that it was working fine. A day or so later, we had another email that the machine was not working and they demanded their money back, and the accusations that we were taking advantage of the elderly started flowing. All before we had a chance to even speak with the customer. We reminded them that our policy that all customers agree to before purchasing, is that there are no refunds. But we would happily exchange it for another machine. We can't rule out the possibility that something maybe got damaged in shipping. We provided them with a prepaid label to send their machine back to us for exchange, and their reply was yet another accusatory email stating we are a garbage company and they promised to slander us daily across the internet, and even denied sending us the email where they said their machine was working fine. We supplied them a copy of that email, and we have not heard anything back until this complaint. We are still waiting for their machine to be sent back for warranty exchange.Review fromDennis L

Thank you Oxygen Medical Plus. I ordered the wrong sieve beds for my 5LPM Invacare oxygen concentrator, "my mistake". Oxygen Medical went way out of their way to correct the issue for me. My concentrator is repaired now and running like new. They were knowledgable, accomodating & professional. I will order again when the need arises. Thanks again :)OxygenPlus Concentrators, Inc.

I purchased a used Sequel Eclipse 5 from OxygenPlus Concentrators. The used one runs every bit as well as those I purchased new at twice the price. The next time I need another oxygen concentrator I plan to look to OxygenPlus Concentrators first. Had I known the quality of their previously owned products before, I would have used them sooner. Purchasing from them was easy and without incident. They delivered the product promptly, well packaged and with all the usual accessories. I enjoyed dealing with them and recommend them to anyone needing an oxygen concentrator.OxygenPlus Concentrators, Inc.

these are very nice Concentrators, the last one I had worked for 5-6 yrs I would recommend this business for a purchase or a rebuild they are comparable to all others with premium craftsmanship and a nice clean product delivered. solid company. thanks oxygen Plus for all you do??OxygenPlus Concentrators, Inc.
