    Took out mechanics agreement insurance on used vehicle., traded vehicle after 6 months. called Haley Chevrolet told them to cancel policy. ********************* said it would be 6 or 7 days to get refund.. time passed called Haley again **** said it would be 2 to 3 months before i would receive refund.. it has been 2 months now NO REFUND. Called *************** again now 3 to 4 weeks before refund they are certainly stretching it out to 3 months. It should not take this long. Please help me I need my refund.

    This cancellation request was received from the customer on March *******. The paper work was processed and the refund was issued on June 3,2024. The paper work signed by the customer clearly states that the refund may take up to 90 days. We have copies of these documents in the customers file. This issue is resolved.

    I bought a vehicle from them in January 2022. Within a year, I needed a new transmission, exhaust system and fan work. There is other things going on that now I am trying to figure out.

    Haley Chevrolet located at ****************************** has engaged in deceptive business practices.My wife and I went to this dealer to buy a 2023 ***** Bolt last July 2022. At that time, the salesman informed us of an offer wherein GMC would pay ***** toward the installation of the electric charger. When our car arrived one year later on July 14, 2023 the dealer refused to honor that offer.Further, the salesman did not have adequate knowledge of the electric car he was selling.The entire experience was very unsatisfying and will end up costing us more money than we anticipated due to the dishonesty of the dealership in terms of honoring a rebate.
