    I had leaks from multiple sources that allowed black mold to grow behind my basement drywall. Drying Tech came out quickly to do an inspection. They took moisture readings, measured how much drywall they would have to remove and sent me a detailed estimate within 24 hours. They showed up with protective suits and masks, industrial air filters and dehumidifiers, chemical sprays, and a fogger. While the mold removal was thorough and professional, the best part was their ability to tell me where to look for leaks. I was convinced my problems were limited to billowing shower curtains and wax ring seals in a toilet. They identified a second wax ring problem and insisted that I look for a drain pipe leak as well. I looked carefully and sure enough there was one - hidden on the back side of a drain pipe. Their expertise was worth every cent.
