    On November 7, 2022, Mr ********************** drove by my house and asked if he could seal my driveway - he was looking for work. I agreed. He advised the work was under warranty for 2 years. Mr ********************** advised he would stop by a week later on Monday, November 14 to check the driveway. I didnt hear from him. He told me to wait 24 hours before I drove on the driveway but I decided to wait until Friday, November 11 to do so. Even after waiting that long, the seal did came off and multiple areas on the driveway. I sent him pictures and he called me and said he was out of town but would stop by after Thanksgiving. I never heard from him. I sent him another message on December 2, December 8 and December 28. He never responded.     Better Business Bureau:

    I was contacted by ********************************* the day I filed the initial complaint with BBB (April 11). He said he was out of town and would have to call me the following week when he returned, to address my issues.  He has not followed up since.  Gorman Sealcoating has not resolved my issues with complaint ID ********.

    I posted about my experience on Next Door and another neighbor indicated she had a similar experience with the same business.  See attachment.

    I prefer that you keep my case open and try to contact him via phone at ************ or at the email address ****************************************
