Their customer service is top-notch and their technicians are phenomenal, respectful, courteous, very knowledgeable and they keep you informed of what they are doing throughout the job. There are never any hidden surprises as to cost as they immediately break down prices for you & offer options when available Their annual Maintenance Programs are very reasonable cost-wise & you can be assured your system is running in top-notch condition.       Robert B. Payne is always a pleasure to do business with. The telephone service is always prompt and courteous, The service employees come out during the scheduled time frame and always seem to do their job. They explain things when they need to and answer a persons questions. I havent experienced any hidden prices thus far. I wont call anyone else for my heat pump needs.

      The technician has us notified that he is on his way sometime within our scheduled time frame, is always on time, he is always polite, friendly and professional. He explains all that he has done and any issues he finds (if any). We count on Robert B Payne to keep us up and running and have never been disappointed.

      We have used Robert B. Payne for several years now. The staff is always polite, professional and has the technical knowledge required. Last year they installed a new system for us. The pricing was fair and the service/installation was A-1.

      Technician arrived on time for our "spring tune-up", asked if I had any concerns or questions and got right to work. He was neat in appearance and wore "booties" over his shoes whenever he was in the house. When work was finished, he informed me of his findings (all OK!!) and asked again if I had questions and reminded me I'd get an e-mail from the company within 24 hours detailing the visit. Highly recommend.
