    Better Business Bureau:

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Arrowhead Consulting, Inc. regarding complaint ID ********.

    ******************** has never responded to my numerous attempts to contact him (both prior to the report he finally sent or after) and has not refunded the $750.00 fee I paid, as he indicated he would be doing in the email that accompanied the report he finally sent.  Not only were there extensive delays in sending a report, but there are very serious concerns about the results indicated in the report he sent.  There was visible black mold on items he examined, yet his report makes no mention of this mold and in fact, it says there was no visible mold! 

    ******************** obviously knew there were serious issues as indicated by his statement that he would be refunding my fee.  However, he has not refunded the fee as he said he would be doing.  My experience with ******************** and Arrowhead Consulting has raised serious concerns about his honesty, integrity, and credibility.
