BVU does not adjust sewage bill for when using excess water to fill up swimming pool. If I’m am not using the service I shouldn’t have to pay. They don’t even measure how much sewage we pay for the just make us pay for whatever water amount we use that’s how much sewer we pay not every bit of our water goes into the sewage i feel like this is theft of services. That’s like ******* charging us for something we don’t take to the register. That is theft

Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. We understand the frustration, but it's important to note that the complaint was filed before allowing our team adequate time to address the issue. The representative that initially assisted the customer was unsure of the current policy and advised that someone would reach back out as soon as possible with detailed information. Within 14 minutes, the supervisor reached out to the customer and explained BVU's current policies do allow adjusted sewer bills for pool filling as the customer requested and how to initiate this process. This matter was resolved quickly and easily and does not merit a BBB complaint. We kindly ask for customer patience and cooperation in allowing us the opportunity to address concerns before escalating them further. If any further clarification or assistance is needed, please don't hesitate to contact us.
