    I placed on online order #********** in November 2022 in the amount of $44.94. The item arrived in late December 2022. I contacted DC Prints because I ordered size medium and they sent size 4XL. I requested an address to return the item and requested a full refund. ******** ************** gave me the runaround about the size of the item, would not provide a return address, so I reported them to my credit card company. They provided a return address and I returned the item, which cost $11.65. The address was **************************, Inglewood, CA *****. DC Prints lied to my credit card company and said I never returned the item so they closed the case. I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $44.94 plus postage costs in the amount of $11.65 for a total claim of $56.59.
