      Panther Tree (******* **********) was contracted to cut and remove 8 trees from my property for $5000 cash. ******* and team cut those trees down on 11/11/24 and were paid in full once the trees were cut. I have a signed (by myself and *******) contract indicating that they were paid in full on that date. However, the entirety of the contract was not fulfilled on their end. While they cut 8 trees, they had a log truck pick up only half of the logs on 11/11. Since they departed that day, I have called ******* 6 times and texted 6 more asking for an update on when the remaining pile will be picked up. I received one response on 11/14 that their driver is "sick." Additionally, one of the felled trees damaged the limb of a neighboring tree roughly 30ft high and the crew was unable to remove it with their tools on hand. ******* advised they'd be back with a ladder to cut it. Clearly they have not yet returned, so I have a widow-maker limb in my backyard that I'm unable to get to and will have to hire someone else to remove. ******* and Panther Tree have not attempted to resolve, nor have they tried to contact me. As such, I will also be filing a complaint with the ********* State Attorney General.

      Panther Tree was hired to remove 3 trees and haul them away for $1,700. They arrived cut down 1 (I had to go to work, they asked to be paid before I left). I came home to a broken fence, trees cut but left laying on neighbors property and the rest rolled down my back yard. They also cut a pine I did not want touched. They will not return my calls or emails and after research I see the man that did this has a long history of this and construction fraud. This work was March 27th, it is now May 31st.

      Nice try the job is done the pine was the first tree done while u and your mom was there everything was fine then there’s nothing in your yard and the neighbors we cut 30 trees for her and left them laying over mountain there’s nothing on her side from u!!!!
