    Site is often down. Also, it is not allowing people to post tributes. As manager of a site I have had to post the tributes from people myself- not at all the way it is supposed to work. I am using the free version, but it still should be able to work. It has been very frustrating for me to have to keep trying to get on the site, or to the page on the site I want, and also very frustrating for others who would like to post a tribute.

    Thanks for your feedback. When we developed the website we estimated that there would be a certan amount of traffic / load on our servers and we planned accordingly. Unfortunately, when the pandemic hit - there was a huge spike in traffic and memorials being created. Our support teams were overwhelmed with requests and couldn't keep up. About 4 months in, our servers became overwhelmed as well.We have tried our best to stay ahead of this, but being mostly a free website with no ad revenue - our budgets are limited. We thank you for your patience, and hope to continue to improve our process for you in the future.
