      Date of purchase 10,26,2024 amount $500 onto a moneypak card. In front of cashier scratched off back first ten of 14 numbers unreadable was told to call moneypak with no resolve. Bought at CVS pharmacy #**** phone ####-###-#### 7:58am

      On August 15th 2024, I purchased a money pak from Dollar General. The amount I paid was $115.95. Upon returning to my vehicle I proceeded to upload the money pak to my debit card. However I received an error of my deposit failed. I took it back into the store and the customer service rep stated that need to contact the company. I contacted the company via telephone however they just had an automated service that refers you back to the website. I filled out a fraud report. The company is very hard to contact. I need this matter resolved. The money I placed on that defective card was for groceries.
