    I registered for the 2020 race in Charlotte which was cancelled due to Covid 19. The Color Run communicated via email that no refunds would be issued and they were working on scheduling a race for 2021, however no race was ever scheduled. In September 2022 I emailed about the status of the race. I did not receive a response to that email until March 2023. The email noted that The Color Run could send the items I paid for, get a store credit, or transfer to another race in 2023 as they were still trying to reschedule the race in Charlotte. I confirmed in writing the same day to please send me items and got an email that they were working on my request. Four months later, and I did not receive the items I ordered, and sent another email to receive a form email that they are responding thoughtfully to each email. This is theft plain and simple. The fact that almost four years have gone by with no race scheduled, no refund option, no delivery of items already paid for even when promised that that was the course of action the company would take is disgraceful. The fact that there are so many similar unanswered complaints reflects the poor customer service from this company.

    I place two orders on store.thecolorrun.com. One was order #**** placed on July 26, 2022 totaling $100 and the other was order #**** totaling $50 placed on July 28, 2022. It's been over six weeks and neither order has shipped. I tried calling their phone number listed, and I emailed [email protected] and [email protected] multiple times. It took multiple emails and weeks before anyone responding. I received one response on August 11, 2022 with an apology for the delay and they would reach out to their shipping department and get them shipped early the following week. Nothing ever shipped. I tried contacting them again multiple times and have never received another response. I paid $150 total for a few hoodies and T-shirts and I have nothing to show for it. I need help getting in contact with them to get the orders to ship or to get a refund. If they are no longer doing business then their website should be shut down to prevent this happening to other people.

    I purchased tickets for the Grand Rapids MI color run on 4/1/22, the race is on 7/23/22. I bought a house on 6/3/22 and updated my address within my color run profile at least three weeks before the date of the color run. I received an email two weeks before the run that my package was delivered, I upgraded to a package that included a tutu, shirt, and other items. The package never arrived to me but was forwarded to somewhere in Utah and I live in Michigan and have never lived in Utah. I emailed customer service asking for a new package to be delivered to me as this was their error and not mine. All they did three times was forward the tracking number which I already had and it shows the package was delivered in Utah. I would like a full refund of $34.93. There is no phone number you can call for customer service and it looks like they have "bots" responding to emails. It appears the package was delivered to my old address even though I updated it weeks prior to that. Attached is the receipt and delivery confirmation for Utah.
