    Super sneaky service provider. My card was declined months and months ago and I never received an explicit notice, just the same email I would get every month confirming I am receiving service. Since I am on autopay, I would rarely check my actual account. All my other service providers emailed me an explicit notice saying your card has been declined, please update payment method. This went on for almost a year and now I finally get a notice in the mail saying I am past due $500+. ******, who I talked to said he constantly tells their leadership that they need to give customers more notice and it falls on deaf ears. I think we all know why! Its a known problem.He they call me back and is requiring a down payment to start the payment plan!

We are usually very quick to respond to these complaints in the BBB portal, and reached out Oct 29th, 2024 to discuss the concerns you expressed with your account and interactions with Fastel. I do see we were able to come to a resolution on the past due amount. We waived late fees, set up a new payment plan, and turned off the late fee during the duration of the plan.     Terrible service and quality. They boast faster speeds than they can prove. Their online billing is clunky, slow, and limited in function (nor is it a safe website and my phone warns me when I access it to pay). Contacting customer support takes weeks for basic, unhelpful answers. Internet constantly goes down, barely holds video connection, and only works with certain routers (and even then only barely works). Somehow they managed a contract with our houses HOA, which means they have a monopoly to ruin our lives

In all other avenues, complaints, calls, we work to respond in a timely manner and this is absolutely unacceptable that we are responding late. This will be corrected going forward.With regards to our billing portal, we have heard similar complaints from other customers about this on the website. We have engaged our billing team to work with the developer to address the issue and hopefully make the website more **************** reference to the service interruptions, our engineers have worked on changing the configuration to provide a more reliable **************** at your property. We have worked significantly to improve our customer interactions and response times and hope that you will see that going ********** for the comments about the monopoly situation, we are sorry that you feel this way. Properties and HOAs have the ability to create relationships with any service providers they wish. Our goal is that while you only have Fastel as an option, that you can have an exceptional experience. We aim to build your trust.
