    My problem is that this business is not transparent enough when informing prospective students about this program. The whole goal is to take as much money as they can, with no real credit (School credit) in return. This program took 355 dollars for a class I have never started. I was literally thinking about signing up and was told that they had a discount that I could only take advantage of if I was to sign up with them the same day I called to inquire. I realize they play with future nurses' emotions, because who wouldn't want to take the opportunity of having cheaper deals? After doing some research I concluded that I didn't want to continue to join the program and haven't registered for any classes. But because I gave them money, they're like "no take backs! If you try to cancel you are responsible to pay us 5'000." At this point I am utterly confused, I ask where they got that number from, that's when they informed me that they are a paid program. I asked why they didn't disclose that information in the first place? They said. " I should have read it in the terms and conditions section of the page. I asked again, why wasn't that disclosed when I first called? I was then told that a lot of people who signs up with them confuses that information. I told them I wasn't confused; I was misled and that is a form of educational negligence. So, they're only way of "helping you" is that you keep on with their program and pay them ***** or have bad credit.

    We have scoured our client databases and cannot find a record of this individual. They mentioned a $355 product they purchased for a class, but we offer no such programs or products at that price. The part of the complaint that stood out the most was when the individual mentioned, "I realize they play with future nurses' emotions, because who wouldn't want to take the opportunity of having cheaper deals"? We do not offer nursing education in any form and are truly convinced this is all a simple misunderstanding. Please advise us on the next steps to get this removed from our profile as we take our BBB ratings very seriously. Thank you in advance for your help and don't hesitate to reach out to me directly if there are further steps we need to take on our end.
