On 10 aug 2024, i spoke with jackie and placed an order. I was told i'd receive an e-mail with order info. I asked for an order number and was given one. A few minutes later i received a phone call saying the order did not go through! I told her to cancel the order and my account. Checking my credit card statement, this company charged my card FIVE times! FIVE! WHICH, OF COURSE LOCKED UP MY ACCOUNT!! i called this company back and spoke to jackie. I asked why my card was charged five times and expressed my anger because 1- you don't charge a credit card more then twice and 2- she told me the order went thru, then called me back to tell me it didn't and 3- the order didn't go thru because they charged my card $153.20 FIVE times!!! Jackie blamed the second person she was working with! I asked for a supervisor or manager. Instead of transferring me, she asked if i wanted to speak to the other employee. Why? It was jackie's fault, not the other person working with her! I ask again for a supervisor. Jackie says there is no one! What? She further explains the manager is on vacation! No one else is available to speak to me until 15 aug! Jackie tells me she will ensure the manager will call me back. IT IS NOW 18 AUG AND NO PHONE CALL! this company is not reputable! They intentionally screwed up my credit card so it locked!
