I am writing to formally complain about the hearing aid provider contracted through TruHearing due to a series of unsatisfactory and unprofessional experiences that have left me without the hearing aid I urgently need.I began this process in October of last year, expecting professional and timely service. My first appointment with a TruHearing audiologist on March 17 was disappointing. She did not conduct a hearing test, recommended purchasing two hearing aids when I only needed one, and failed to inspect my current hearing aid. Despite providing my deductible, I left frustrated but hopeful that my fitting would resolve the issues.However, my fitting appointment on April 2 was canceled just an hour before the scheduled time. I was rescheduled for April 9. Then, on April 4, a TruHearing representative informed me my audiologist was no longer working with the company, and I was given another appointment with a Hearing Instrument Specialist that same afternoon.The service at this new appointment was worse. The specialist failed to introduce himself, made no eye contact, and appeared uninterested in my care. I also received hearing aids in the wrong color, despite specifically requesting black. When I pointed this out, the specialist showed no accountability and no urgency to resolve the issue. He also conducted a rushed hearing test without explaining the results or providing a copy. I was sent home with no clear plan for next steps.I feel disrespected, dejected, and deeply concerned about the quality of service TruHearing provides. I rely on hearing aids for my work and daily life, and my current device is falling apart. I need competent, empathetic care, and I expect TruHearing to uphold high standards, which I feel they have failed to do.I demand immediate action to resolve this situation and ensure no other customer faces such poor treatment. I expect a prompt response from TruHearing and the Better Business Bureau.

I would not recommend true hearing to anyone about a year ago my insurance company paid for me a set of hearing aids because I have tinnitus really bad I was told that I had a 3-year warranty. The charging box stopped working after only a few months. I took them back to where I purchased them from and was told that it was not covered under the warranty and I had to pay over $200 for another one. I am disabled and cannot afford $200 . I was in so much discomfort that my daughter bought me a hearing aid out of a regular store. I am so disappointed in them and their product.v I would not recommend this company to anyone.TruHearing, Inc.

Very pleased that they listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They even help ease my mind for issues in the future should they arise. It was explained to me the issues I have now. The amount they pay for really helped me obtain the best I could get for my hearing situation. Now, can't wait to get my new hearing aids.TruHearing, Inc.

The entire process to have a hearing test and then a discussion about what would be my best option for hearing aids took only 45 minutes. I have been using hearing aids for 30 years and this was by far my best experience buying a new pair.TruHearing, Inc.

Great company, but to use my insurance was only allowed to choose from what insurance allowed. Hopefully the bi cross I have ordered will work, if not. I'll choose whatever the audiologist suggests.TruHearing, Inc.
