    ****** says the C10 is in Stock, but when you click and go to the website it says the item will be restocked at X date. I purchased a c10 on 2/26 when the website had a restock date of 3/5. I subsequently received an email stating my order would ship on 3/5 and that if there were any delays Force USA would notify me. Fast forward to 3/5....i had to reach out and learn the product was on backorder and that i wouldnt receive my order until April, even though the new restock date was set to 3/14. When I questioned this, customer service stated it was an error and that my order would ship in 1-2 weeks (right in line with the 3/14 restock). Needless to say i followed up on 3/17 only to learn my order still hasnt shipped and wont ship until the 3/28 restock (and thats not even guaranteed). **************** was unprofessional and unapologetic for the inconvenience. The customer service manager was even saying "I am more than welcome to cancel".... well, frankly they should not have taken my money without shipping the product. I just dont understand why this company cannot set better expectations on shipping timing. This isnt a small investment. Had I known this was going to happen I wouldnt have made the purchase.

    Hi *****,You are justified in being upset about the delays on your order. We made a series of mistakes in getting it out on time and didn't communicate well about your order status. The C10 has had tremendous demand and we've been behind on getting the February orders out to customers as promised. To compound the problem - when they came in stock, the shipping crates had to be reinforced before they could ship to make sure the C10 wasn't damaged in transit. That delayed orders by an extra week on top of the promised delivery time. I checked your order and the stock has been allocated to you. You're third in line so I expect it to ship within a few days. I'll have our customer service team reach out and take care of you. Thanks

    Like *** D we had issues with delivery company but they rectified it. Basically they delivered a package from another company along with our Force USA equipment. This created an inconvenience with multiple trips to have them remedy the situation.Our real issues is with the installation service. I ordered the equipment in July and it was delivered in August. Here we are in October and the "Out of the ************ they went with has been horrendous. They have announced they would be there in an hour without verification, and then scheduled an appointment and cancelled while we were waiting for them to arrive.I want to give Force USA the benefit of the doubt to help rectify the situation but there is no concern on their part. Hopefully this gets some attention but based on the time frame to respond to *** D, it doesn't matter once they get their money.

    Hi *****,Thanks for being patient while we resolved the delivery and assembly issues with your order. We work with shippers and 3rd party assembly companies to make sure that their services are satisfactory and provided on time. Obviously with your order this wasn't the case. We've taken steps to close the communication gaps that resulted in the delay with this particular provider. I've been monitoring your case with customer service and it appears to be resolved.     This company is horrible. We spent over $8,000 on a G15 system, which included a huge delivery fee. The automated e-mails updating us on the status of our order were fine. However, the is***s started with the actual delivery. The trucking company that ForceUSA contracts with gave us a window for delivery so we made sure we were home then. The trucker called during the window and said he could not get his semi back to our house because he did not think he could turn around, so he left. We reached out to ForceUSA several times through phone calls and e-mail to solve the is***. The few responses we got basically put the responsibility on us to figure out how to get an ***** pound pallet from the trucking company's warehouse to our house. That was over a week ago. At this point, they will not respond to e-mails or phone calls. The trucking company is trying to help and has reached out to ForceUSA but they have not received a response either. Maybe their products are good if everything goes great and the product you pay for actually gets delivered. If it doesn't, welcome to our world. We are in the process of hiring a lawyer to *** them, which is actually unbelievable because I have never ***d anyone. I can't imagine if I actually had product and needed them to respond on a warranty is***. **************** appears to be one person named ***** who knows nothing about customer service. Ironic given their terms and conditions say "If you aren't happy, we aren't happy". I have NEVER written a review on a company before so that should tell you something about our level of frustration.

    We're sorry to hear that you've had such a frustrating experience with our company. You spent a considerable amount of money on a G15, and rightfully expect a premium product and premium service. We know its frustrating to deal with logistics problems and were equally frustrated that this delivery didnt go as planned. We hire third-party trucking companies to deliver orders and we expect them to deliver them as-promised and on-time. Though the address was verified as deliverable before the shipment was booked, it appears it was just not correct and trucking partners couldnt get it to your home. We typically cover the added cost of getting the product to your door and we could have done a better job communicating with you and the trucking company to make sure it made it through the last leg of the journey.We are committed to providing customers with a positive customer experience and are sorry that your experience didnt go as hoped.
