September 7th 2022 after the start of the semester earlier in September, after having paid for classes and given a syllabus for the semester the school had changed information on course syllabus’s adding other headings that would determine passing that are still not listed in the posted syllabus with the class. Due to the change after having started and paid for the semester many were not able to pass the classes even though according to the posted syllabus grade they did.

Escalating to you after failing to address directly with the University. I withdrew from Joyce University within one month because: There were no live lectures with questions and answers, we had pre-recorded video lessons, no access to textbooks, homework, at least 3 tests each week and 2 exams every two weeks. No time to study for tests and exams because of the time-consuming homework hence poor grades yet the pass-mark was 77%. The professors did not discuss or provide feedback after tests or exams so students continuously make the same mistakes. Is this how you prepare future health care professionals to take care of you or your loved ones? I am used to intense with my work and a Masters in Computer Science but Joyce University puts students in constant, unbearable anxiety - the teaching methods, unrealistic timelines and minimal professor engagement. The student average grade is the lowest I have ever seen. Student drop out rate is high and complaints are all over social media because we felt our education and needs were not a priority, the University was more interested in our money. I did not get access to textbooks or equipment, yet I am being charged over $563. Proof is in the screenshot and also in the ticket I opened with their IT prior to withdrawal from the program. To date I do not have these books that I am being charged $563. I called the Student Loan Services (Nelnet) US Department of Education about the Student Loan charge ($1,803) I received after withdrawing from Joyce University within a month. They ask how come the University did not cancel this loan since I had withdrawn. One month of poor education, Joyce University charges $2,963 (paid) + $1580 + $563 (books & equipment never received - screenshot below) + $1,803 (student loan) = $6,909. I am disputing $563 and $1,803 They state they are charging me 28% prorated but their calculation is inflated, this semester cost $11,620. Truthfully 28% of 11,620 is definitely not $6,909.
