    Recently hired the Second Generation Arborist team to reshape and refresh our seven trees that were in poor shape after not having been trimmed in a timely or professional manner over the last few years. ****** came out to explain in great detail what needed to be done, how the team would do it, all the safety precautions they would take, and all of this for a very reasonable cost- comparable to what the non-professionals charge, with the added value of having actual knowledge about trees! The team came out and spent several hours trimming and raising the canopy of our trees, making them more aesthetically pleasing and allowing more sunlight to reach the flower beds and lawn underneath. They hauled away several trailers of tree trash (mulching was an option but we opted not to), cleaned the yard thoroughly, and ensured we were completely satisfied with their work before leaving. I was assured we wouldnt need such extreme trimming for the next few years, but I wouldnt hesitate to hire them for any additional tree work in the future.

    ***** comes off as being very knowledgeable and shes going to do such a good job. Thats what I bought into with my $3000 tree job. I had to have them come back twice after she said they were finished. I couldve had them come back 10 more times but I was so worn down by her attitude. They left so much debris behind and damaged my most favorite pots. That was fine I could throw the pots away and pick up the debris myself. But recently I found out they damaged my roof beyond repair. And when I called her she became her same defensive person she is. Dont be persuaded by her bubbly personality. She even told me she was a very good sales person. Yes she is a very good sales person just not a good tree trimmer.
