  If you hire Diamond Decks (DD) be sure you examine your lumber, DD inserted pillars that had vertical splits. ** also failed to insert a cieling fan support and I had to remind them to come back to finish the job. DD also had to come back to fix a decorative sun roof support that was not flush with a supporting beam, at this point in time, some of the supports have gaps which makes me lack confidence to the structure. The painter they sent had his young teen kid help him and he dropped stain in my driveway, played with my water hose and outdoor furniture. The painters extension cord tripped my circuit breaker. The crew at on point, ran low on cement mix so the compensated with dirt on the concrete pillar support. The concrete pillar support has a mud look and adhesion issues. I asked their customer support for the original stain color because I want to restain the structure with the orinal color and It's been over 2 weeks with no response after leaving several messages. If I was to do this all over, I would not hire DD.

  We sincerely apologize for the experience and we continue to learn and grow as a company as it is our duty to make sure that our customers are satisfied. I would like to point out though, that wood contracts and expands and it is a completely normal thing for it to do so which causes what they call checking. I am adding a link that explains in full detail as to what that exactly is.

  We were not planning on having a deck built for a couple years but after we got our swimspa delivered, we felt like it was time so we could get in an out of it easier. Looked into Diamond Decks and we liked their attitude.there were some issues with scheduling in the beginning but once the deck started to built, it went very well. There were a few issues along the way, but Diamond Decks were very happy to keep me in the loop with the issues. Our deck isnt small and is a little different than what most times get built due to our back porch being almost 6 feet off the ground and our yard sloping away from the porch. We thoroughly enjoy our deck. As with anything new, the longer we have it an use it, we wish we could have changed a few things. Maybe when we do an expansion.the workers worked very well an were even helpful in explaining things to me when I asked questions. The best comment I can make though is my dad said this is an awesome deck. He does kitchen an bathroom remodels and if he says this is awesome and the quality is great, that means alot if you have ever seen my dads work.

  ***** was in charge of our project, and to say he did a fantastic job is an understatement. He checked in with me regularly and always returned my calls. It was a pleasure working with him and Im sure he gave his all at his additional jobs. Cant say enough about his great attitude and willingness to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work!!

  Diamond Decks installed our patio cover. They installed exactly as was ordered. The installers were professional, kept us informed when needed, and did a good job.After installation we had a problem and the office was very helpful. Had someone at our home within hours to correct the problem. Since all has been taken care of we have begun enjoying our patio.We highly recommend Diamond Decks.

  Diamond Decks recently built our outdoor kitchen. It was a phenomenal experience from start to completion!Their communication, workmanship and attention to detail was unsurpassed!We highly recommend this company ??????????
