      the drive through worker spilled ice water all over my lap and further damaged my cellphone, when i went to take my wet clothes off my phone fell and was on the road, since my phone feel after i got out of the car, canes refused to take accountability for the repair of the phone and the condition has only got worse. this interaction from the worker to manager was quite unapologetic. This occurred early in the month of February and they have since rejected all accountability and left me to fend for myself.

      Went through the drive thru...paid for meals which were entered incorrectly entered. Addressed the situation at ***************** where ****** was supposed to fix the problem...he was going to void the original order of ***** and recharge me for ***** for the correct meals. We never got the credit for *****. Escalated the issue with **** and ****** and they were going to contact corporate to have both amounts credit due to the inconvenience $*****. Between numerous conversations with them and vacations...this has not been taken care of. I initally contacted corporate who put this in the hands of the restaurant to resolve. The original date of service was 1/31/2025. I dont trust either Manager to rectify the problem of charging me ***** for two meals that cost *****.

      I had an absolutely terrible experience at Raising Canes, and I feel compelled to warn others. I placed an order and made it very clear that I have a severe food allergy. Despite carefully communicating this to the staff, I was still served an item that contained the very ingredient I cannot eat. This was not a simple mistakeit was a dangerous oversight that could have had serious health consequences.What made this situation worse was the complete lack of professionalism from management. *****, who had just been promoted from training to manager, handled the situation poorly. Instead of taking accountability and ensuring corrective action, he was dismissive and unhelpful. The restaurant leader, Dex, was equally disappointing, failing to provide any real resolution or support. It was clear that customer safety and satisfaction were not priorities for them.Beyond the food safety issue, I also noticed that the staff and leadership team at this location did not appear diverse at all. While this may not have directly impacted my experience, it raises concerns about the companys hiring and promotion practices.This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Raising Canes needs to implement better food safety protocols, train their managers properly, and address diversity concerns. I do not recommend dining at this location if you have any dietary restrictions or expect decent service.I will also be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to ensure that this issue is taken seriously.

      I went through the drive-through with my wife and my 2025 new outback wilderness with 3000 miles on we asked for a jug of sweet tea which weve done many times. They generally will fill that jug out. Theyll seal it then theyll double bag it in the cheap flimsy plastic bags that they are able to get you know 1000 for five dollars. They hand me the jug through the window and I carefully hand it to my wife I drive out of the drive-through. My wife says this is leaking all over me. I have to wait at the light because Ive already turned on the street and cars are coming at me before I can get back into their parking lot. Took about a minute I had to run around to the side of the car and get the jug from my wife. She was soaked my brand new car seat was soaked with sweet tea, sugary sweet tea. I contacted raising Cane. They contacted me and said that they could not do anything on the local level that they would pass it on to corporate corporate pass to some hook insurance company, and after they reviewed the video footage from overhead of their employees, they said that there was nothing wrong with that jug, and that once it was in my possession, it was my problem well, that really wasnt the case with some other restaurants around town in the past. I gave them an estimate for replacement of seat cover because of the sugar I have sensors and Ive also got a seat. The response back from the interest adjuster was that they were not at fault and it was my problem. Im curious what I couldve done to that bag into that jug of tea to make it leak from the jug to the bag to my wifes lap to my seat by handing it to my wife, I certainly didnt puncture it so that I could soak my wife in my brand new car in sweet tea, but they refuse to to cover this problem. I would suggest not doing any business with them because they will not not take care of you if they do something wrong their high school student Tea fillers and theyre cheap bags arent a reason for them to not be

      Ive been a customer a ******************************************* probably two decades ago. The first time I visited, raising Canes was as Parkdale mall food court in ********, *****. My mom and I went to ***** for lunch and she said that she liked the cane sauce. I tried it. I didnt like it. So anytime I go to their restaurant I never use the cane sauce. I tell them no cane sauces. I never kept track of how many times the nearest location I live to makes my food wrong. I didnt keep track of it. I dont complain about every little thing and I think thats what they think about methat the times that I have complained to them and ask for a refund for my order because my order was a maid right if I get my food the way I order it. The food wasnt made right I am not a constant complainer, but I get frustrated Just like I get frustrated when Im telling you the problem and all you tell me is there will be no further compensation, but never did you contact the restaurant and say this customer is complaining about such and such can you please talk to this customer nobody from the restaurant ever contacted me about these issues and that further ****** me off. I tell you regardless, if Im at the ordering board or inside, I tell you what I want I tell you what I dont want and you still put something in the box or you dont make the food right now that makes me think you playing with me. I dont order my food complicated. I usually order the three strips combo or the four strips combo. If I order the four strips combo Ill tellthem no coleslaw no sauce.. when they put the cane sauce in the box, sometimes that sauce leaks and it leaks all over the food. I dont like the taste ofthe sauce so when it happens, it ruins the meal and Im already upset. I tell you not to do it and you keep doing it and then when complain about it, all you do is ban me from having a resolution. I spoke to customer support January 17. Thats when they told me theyre not gonna do anything about that order.

      When I filed this complaint, I did not see the Irving ********* Im on that list so Im assuming the locations on the list were all for corporate locations.

       

       

      I just want them to stop doing it. They would either forget to put toast in my box or they would cook my food. Where is it makes the tenders dry the tenders have not been what they used to be for a very long time but I still like the tenders they just dont have the same quality taste. The tenders are much harder now theyre fried hoarder instead of softer.

      But you know that besides the point I go to raising Canes because even though their texture isnt what it used to be, its not deep-fried for an example like Whataburger or Dairy Queen is actual real chicken

       

      I dont know why they wont stop putting sauce in the box. No they put sauce in the bag you know thats in the bag. I could take it out the bag I can throw it away, but theyre not doing that. Theyre putting it in the box and from the heat from the box and I dont know if its a combination of the heat from the box and how they put the lid on it but that sauce leaks if I tell you not to put the sauce Anywhere in the box or in the bag, dont do it but they keep doing it and thats what ****** me off and thats why I keep complaining because Im telling you not to do something and youre doing it and you inconveniencing me what I have a problem with was when I called raising Canes customer service January 17 to complain about what happened I told him about what happened and I could tell by his tone he knew about me. I just didnt know they Know me by name it got that bad apparently that I complain so much they know me by name, he comes back to the phone. I dont wanna say he was rude, but he was crisp on the phone about not giving me my money back or a replacement so I take it up on ******* to Basically talk to somebody else because I dont wanna talk to anybody who has a problem with me. I dont want to have to deal with any kind of attitude and I have not gotten a response back from anyone on *******. I contacted customer service support again. I left a message. I have not heard nothing back as of yet so I call the store location and a female manager answer the phone. I dont recall her name. I cant recall if she told me her name during the phone call but as I was telling her what was going on as I was asking her about if a customer complaining to customer service do they get notified about it and she asked me for my name she immediately knew who I was. You know how embarrassing it is for a business to know you by name because you complain?

       

      I can understand if they put sauce in the box or even in the bag and I failed to tell them no sauce and the sauce leaked thats on me

       

      I tell them no sauce while ordering my food in drive thru and they still put sauce in the box thats just lazy. The female manager I spoke to on the phone Jan 21 in my opinion made excuses behind her saying they pre put cups of sauce in boxes. So thats being lazy! How hard is it to remove cups of sauce out the box when customer requests no sauce? 

       

       

       

      Im not trying to be a problem, but Ill tell you what I want to order I pay for my food. It should be just that you give me my food the way I order it and if youre not doing that, what are you expect me to do how should I handle it? 

       

      I just want my food the way I order it. I dont want you omitting something off my plate and I dont want you putting something on my plate that I asked you not to do and I go to this location frequently the one in ******, *****, the one where its by all the other restaurants in ******* in **** Club on marketplace Boulevard I frequently go to that location because its right there in ******. Its like a 13 minute drive from where I live What I dont understand is why they cant get my food right I frequently go to drive-through times I went inside I will go use the bathroom and then go to drive-through drive-through. I dont have to touch all stuff. My hands can stay clean.

       

      But the gentleman I spoke with two customer service on January 17 was telling me how I need to check my food but whoever it was that was working that day at drive-through. He repeated my order back correctly so I know they had my order correct they knew what I wanted and I get the food and they keep putting the freaking sauce in the box. Its annoying. Its just like you tell a toddler not to do something and they staring you right in the eye and they keep doing it like they trying to get under your skin. 

       

      Somebody from the restaurant should have contacted me about what happened if customer service contact the restaurant why didnt someone at the restaurant contact me not only about January 17 but the other visits? Maybe I shouldve had more patience with this. Maybe I shouldve had a cooler head, but that sauce ruins the food and that means either I have to eat around it which Im not because Im not wasting not to drop off my food or I have to drive back to the restaurant to have them fix it so this man is telling me from customer service Check my food before I leave. How about you make my food correctly and quit trying to get under my skin by either leaving stuff off the plate or putting something on the plate Ive asked you not to do.???

       

      The manager I spoke to on the phone on January 21. She said that there was a note put on my account not for me to have any more refunds. Thats cool. Im not worried about not being refunded. Im not worried about that. Im worried about the employees at that restaurant not making my food correctly. It should not be on me to double check after you read my order back to me correctly. If you read an order back to me correctly, the order should be given to me correctly that should not be on me to do any of your day thats why I get frustrated. I tend to get frustrated. I tend to lose my patience

       

      But what father ****** me off is the ******* account is active. I see them tweeting. I see them tweeting at a customers and I send them a message telling them that I sent you a direct message and you dont respond and its been days that ****** me off because I just want a fix here. Why should I be stuck with a plate of food that got ruined because theyre sauce on the plate because yall put the sauce in the box thats why I complain all those other times Ive been dying at raising Canes for 12 years since they opened in ********. so I have not been complaining each and every time yall been doing this . but when I come to the ****** location Ive been living in ****** for seven years run back the time of how many times Ive complained about raising Canes since moving to ***************** I dont complain about each and every time this happens but sometimes I dont be having a good day and when they pull that c*** it ****** me off and I do contact customer service for a refund Why would I pay for food that I cant eat because yall put sauce in the box in the sauce leaked on the food. ?

       

      Maybe I shouldve took pictures and submitted pictures to them. I did take pictures before I did submit pictures to them before but not every time they didnt ask for it every time maybe I shouldve sent pictures to cover my **** so they didnt think I was trying to get off on them. Theres clearly whats going on. They think that Im just complaining out of the blue just to get free food. Thats the way how Im seeing it after seeing there Side of this. 

       

      If Im telling you not to put it in the box and you keep doing it what do you expect me to do? There should not be no sauce anywhere in the box or in the bag I told them no sauce. How hard is it not to put sauce in the box? And a female manager, Im talking to on January 21. Shes telling me about how the sauce is already put in the box so what happened? I know yall got some other type of sauce so what do yall have boxes already raising Canes sauce and barbecue sauce so whatever the other saw, she got yall have a stack of boxes with raising Cane sauce and a stack of boxes with the other sauce in it?

       

      The female manager actually told me on the phone on January 21 she remembers my complaint from November. Out of all the customers she has seen how can she remember my complaint all the way back from November? Ive complain a handful of times but I mean this is something else knowing me by Name behind a handful of complaints.?

       

       

      I am not doing this to get free food. I have money I work. I have money if I didnt have money I would not be showing up eating out. I just want yall to stop doing it. Its not hard. Dont put sauce in the box. Dont put sauce in the bag

       

      I have complained multiple times I have asked for refunds multiple times, but the handful of times that I complained and got a refund is no match to how many times that Ive visited raising Canes from multiple locations throughout the state of ***** since the first visit I had when I was in still in college in ********

       

      I had to actually ****** when raising Canes opened and parked them all in ********, *****, cause I could not remember the exact time is being since I had visited them and parked the mall. I used to go to all the time for lunch when I was still in school when I was still going to ****************** back then it was called ********************

       

      I went this route because they clearly dont want to talk to me. They clearly dont wanna communicate with their staff about the issues that I have raised so this was the one thing I could think of to tell my side and get my point across about any visits future or past  purchases from their establishment

       

      Just think about it, Ive been going to them for all these years. Ive switched a bank account. I paid in cash. Ive been going there for YEARS. When they open raising Canes in *********************** on Highway 365 I was going there and then when I moved to ***************** seven years ago. I was still dying at their restaurants at multiple locations.

       

      I have not been complaining to each and every time each and every visit they trying to make it look like I complain left and right trying to get free food or whatever they thinking Im not trying to do that. Im just trying to get my food the way I order it plain and simple.

       

      Im just so annoyed by the way how they handled this even if the cup of sauce didnt open up and leaked inside the box they still had no business put in the sauce in the box after I told him multiple times no sauce!!

       

      And another thing in case I never made myself clear about what I said to raising canes customer service on those recorded phone calls for them to think Im lying about what happened . Im making it very clear. I never said they wasted sauce in the box before they gave me the food. I never said that I said they put sauce in the box and the sauce leaked out the cups at the time that I open the box to eat my meal my point is if I tell you no sauce, they never shouldve been sauce in the box or in the bag Had they not put sauce in there? None of this would be happening.

       

      But clearly, of course they blamed me for it based on the conversations that I had with that manager on January ****************** ******, ***** and with the phone representative that male phone representative. I spoke to from raising Canes customer service on January 17. He came back on the phone with kind of an attitude towards me behind all those complaints that I made kind of like the attitude that businesses use with people who are a pest. 

       

      I want a change in their attitude and a replacement meal from January 17.

We refunded your purchase price after these four complaints, but cannot continue to do so.       I am rejecting this response because:   

      I have repeatedly told the staff I did not want any sauce. They would repeat the order back to me and I know they got the order right because they repeated it correctly and they would still go back and put sauce in the box.. Its just like telling a toddler not to do something and then they look you dead and I they keep doing it. I Want my food the way I order it. This was not always a problem with raising Canes but the last few visits has been a problem and its like they are purposely trying to get under my skin, but I keep putting those sauce cups in the box. Ive been eating at raising Canes for 10+ years. I dont know what the deal is with that restaurant location I dont know why they cant do a simple thing by not putting cups of sauce in the box or in the bag of all my request not to do. But clearly when I spoke to customer service that mail Employee from ******************************************* customer service its almost like by his tone of voice all yall knew who I was then yeah were tired of me complaining well Im tired of getting my food with that stuff in the box and those cups be leaking over my food. All I want was a replacement for January 17. I just want you to stop putting cups of sauce in my box. And then sometimes those tenders be overcooked.

How did the manager remember my complaint from November? Out of all the customers she has seen daily. How did she remember my complaint from November? I dont get it. *hey repeated my order back to the * and yet they still make my food wrong? *heres a problem with them at that store level.

      I ordered a $30 item from their ***** website. The order was never filled, they ran out but charged me and now will not answer calls for a refund.

      Too many times to count when ordering food throug the drive through asking. If I would like any condiments and I say yes, hot sauce and then I get my order and I drive off to find out if there's no hot sauce and it really upsets me so much, because I am not gonna go back on the drive through the line and I'm not gonna get. Down just to go get a hot sauce. But it throws my whole dinner off. It happens a lot of times maybe. 8 out of 10 I don't know why they ask if they're not gonna even put it in the bag and just last time what i went. They gave me only one I asked if there was hot sauce in the baggage. She said yes to find out. There's only one so I don't know what's going on with that part. But that's what's the only downfall with *******.

      On Sept 8 2024 I purchased 7 gift cards with $10 each via raising canes website. The gift cards were delivered to which I put away for Christmas. I distributed these to my employees only to be told the gift cards had $0 value when they tried to use them. I contacted customer service on December ******* and they were able to active 5 out of 7 cards and I was told I would receive new gift cards by Wednesday December 18 2024. I still have not received the gift cards. I have attempted to call customer service every day, numerous times. Ive sent multiple emails to customer service and no response. This is extremely embarrassing and such horrible customer service.

      On December 7, 2024 I placed an online order for a $25.00 physical gift card to be mailed to my home. I received an email confirmation for my order and my credit card was charged but I never received the gift card I purchased. Repeated emails and calls to customer service all go unanswered. Every time I call customer service I wait on hold and after I reach the next caller in line my call goes to voice mail every single time. This order was a Christmas gift and I would like a refund but cannot even reach the company to get my money back. At this point I very much consider this a fraudulent charge from a company with possibly the worst customer service ever.

      I am rejecting this response because:   The company contacted my by phone on 12/23/24 regarding my BBB complaint.  They took my email address with the purpose of providing it to their customer service department.  This is the same department I had been repeatedly contacting with no response.  To date, Raising Cane's customer service still has not contacted me to resolve my complaint.  That said, I submitted a dispute with my Credit Card provider who has refunded me since I never received the gift card I purchased.

      On August 31, 2024, at 12:36 PM, I made a $116.21 purchase at your ********** location in ******, **, but I misplaced the receipt. Despite multiple visits and calls to the restaurant and corporate office, I have yet to receive a resolution.I kindly ask for assistance from someone who can provide great service and help retrieve my receipt promptly.
