      certainty colluded with home builders to force a mortgage through them. they will provide okay rates - but you can find lower rates from a less slimy company for sure. also ther will give you a credit, but their closing costs are very high.

      Dont recommend doing business with this company!! They said I was pre approved, had to spend $2700.00 of hard earned monies!! Just to have the underwriter state cannot sign off on loan, due to a NSF CHECK!! Do NOT RECOMMEND THEM!! Lost out on all my monies!!!??

      After a referral from a friend, I messaged Certainty Home Loans directly the first week of September. I also went on their website and filled out the forms to get started. It's now the first week of November and even after 3 MORE attempts to reach out to them, I still have yet to receive a response. Doesn't seem like they care to gain new business.
