Such a scam. No free trial and have been charging me for a year and we have never set foot inside the place. No one knows my child and no one obviously cares. I dont know about their curriculum but Im assuming its similar to their customer service and deceptive advertising so its probably non existent. After reading these other reviews Im going to call them and make sure Im 100% cancelled. And call my credit card and dispute as many charges I can. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague. I even sent the general manager an email and never heard back. Its been over a week. Very unhappy.

I'm a single disabled mom, I signed my daughter up feb 2024, they renewed my membership without a notification, Aug 2024 I put the membership on hold September and October, they gave me a one time courtesy for November 2024, then I was told I could cancel in January well I didn't know I had to give the cancelation in writing 30days before the membership due date, they also increased the membership by ***** without a notification or a newly sign membership and it was added into my original signed document... my daughter literally only went 1 time, the response I get from the new GM because the one I've been dealing with left... now they're saying they're doing everything according to their policy BE CAREFUL!!! They tell you one thing and then tell you, well we have to follow our policy and you signed it... the old GM never told me I had to cancel 30days prior, oh and all our calls are being recorded which I was never informed that I was being recorded which is against the *******

This establishment is only concerned about making as much money as possible. It's not the 'building community/caring for kids' type of organization that is stated in it'spromotional materials. I say this as someone who started taking our child when it first opened. We LOVED it so much we told lots of people about it and many joined. Our child thrived in the program and actually still does. The reason I gave KidStrong two stars and not zero is because the coaches are really great (they deserve five stars for how well they engage the kids). My poor rating is for the way the company conducts business. The classes are supposed to have a maximum number of kids per class to allow instructors to give individualized attention and for safety. However, for several months the classes have been far above that maximum amount. The rates were increased for what they stated were improvements to the courses and experience but we have yet to see what they have added (except overflowing the classes with kids). Every few weeks your child ranks to another level and you have to buy a new tshirt to represent your child's new level. Of course it's not required but it's public shaming if your child is brought to the stage in front of their course mates and they are not given a new shirt. So effectively, you are paying an additional $20 every two months because of the shirts. The final straw for us was when we signed up for a Black Friday special sale forwinter break camp. We got our receipt and a couple of weeks later right before Christmas and the winter break camp was to start we were told that they made a mistake and we were not supposed to get the discount. They refused to honor the discount despite the fact that it was their fault and they waited weeks to alert us of their error. We either needed to pay up or find another place for childcare over the break in aflash. I found that to be so contrary to how they promote the business as community focused.

My grandson went to kids strong for three days. I told them I had to leave. My mom was sick and they continue to charge me for six months When my Grandson wasnt even in class and I told them I was leaving. I had called them and she said they were going to pay me back my money, but they would have to do it in small amounts back onto my card and now ******* is telling me shes not going to refund my money at all. Nexton KidStrong is a dishonest company.

The KidStrong Nexton team has spoken with this customer multiple times now. We unfortunately were never aware of the situation of them being unable to attend and the terms of service were previously signed. At this time, KidStrong has already started the process of refunding the money, but the system only allows two refunds a day.

Still getting charged after I gave 30 days notice. I have called, texted, emailed and even used the chatbox to cancel my membership and I was even told I would not be charged again. And Im still getting charged and cant get a single person to respond to messages or answer their phone. The first month I used their chat box to cancel which shouldnt be an option if they dont honor it. After getting charged again I called and emailed a written 30 days notice and they said I would not be charged. And yet again, here we are 2 months later Im getting charged. Prosper Tx location.

Ridiculous to charge someone who cancels for an extra billing cycle. They just want to find a way to squeeze extra money out of you. Our class was out of control constantly, with kids not being monitored by their parents, and KidStrong did nothing. Even after making several complaints, they do nothing. Class is constantly over filled and constantly change instructors. Stay far far away from this scam.

Not worth ****** a month They play a couple of running games for 45:00 minutes. If it were 2 to 3 days a week it might be worth it. When canceling I was told I needed to pay half ****** is not half of ******

Not sure if our experience is generalizable to Kid Strong in general but our local center was a new location which was supposed to open a "few weeks" from us initially signing our child up. Then, a few weeks turned into 4+ months so we decided to cancel our enrollment. After multiple messages and e-mails left by myself and my wife without a return after almost one month we were able to eventually receive confirmation that we were cancelled. Well, the center finally opened and we received a call saying our credit card information wasn't going through (we had cancelled this card). Overall just shady business practices with poor communication and impossible-to-cancel-gym-membership vibes.

My child attended KidStrong in *********, **. While the idea of the program is good, my experience was not pleasant. My 3 year old son was yelled at by staff and threatened to be put out of the class in front of parents and other students. As a parent I feel that working with toddlers and young children staff should be better equipped to redirect and guide the students. There were at least ************** the class, there was no structure or organization, more than half the class had difficulty focusing because of the lack of structure. I would not recommend this particular gym to others.
