      I have been unable to get these people out to replace quite a few shingles under warranty. I also told them that a chimney sweep told me the flashing that Guardian installed was failing and I asked them to inspect that as well. My first call this year was in February and a number of times since. Each time they say they will get right on it but to date no one has come out. Its been over two years since their project manager came out to put falling shingles back up and he told me then that the roof was not good and was covered under warranty. The owner has given me the run around ever since, just like they are now. I just want my roof fixed or replaced as it should be. Ive been more than patient but the warranty expires in 2 months. Dont want to claim rip off but its sure looking that way.

      I would like to share my experience with Guardian Exteriors, Inc.. Hurricane *** destroyed my existing roof. I shopped around and made the decision to go with Guardian Exteriors, Inc.. I discussed prior to installation that I would like it if there was at least one member of the crew that spoke English as English is the only language, I am fluent. Well, this did not happen, and communication was tough, but I managed to get my points across. Upon arrival, they brought the wrong drip edge and had to make their own. I was reluctant but let them move forward. It was not only a brief time after they completed the job that I had shingles flapping in the wind. When they finally came out to make repairs they patched the roof with a different product roof color. Even after that terrible attempt, I subsequently had a leak near the flashing due to incorrect installation. I have been contacting them for months attempting to get this corrected, but I have been getting the run-around and no action from Guardian Exteriors, Inc.. After some time, post-hurricane, the company moved to ***** and communication came to a complete halt as they have not been responding to my phone calls, texts, or emails. As it was raining in my home, I had to protect my home, so I had to decide. I hired an independent roofing consultant to evaluate my roof and after inspection, he identified a plethora of issues that would warrant a completely new roof. I have since sought legal representation to assist, but I am extremely disappointed in the quality and professionalism of Guardian Exteriors, Inc.. I am writing to warn others of the poor workmanship, and lack of management to hold true to the quality of work they advertise. I hope this review of Guardian Exteriors, Inc. brings awareness to prevent others from dealing with the same situation I have had to deal with. It is quite simple; I just want what I paid for. A roof that I can depend on and a company that respects and supports my needs.
