Originally founded to produce fresh mozzarella, today Mozzarella Company produces a wide array of handmade award-winning cheeses with farm-fresh cow's milk and goat's milk. Mozzarella Company cheeses are distributed directly to restaurants, specialty stores, distributors and individuals. The award-winning cheeses as well as gift baskets are available at the cheese factory in Deep Ellum and by mail order via the company's website www.mozzco.com. The company hosts monthly Wine and Cheese and Beer and Cheese Pairing Classes and Cheesemaking Classes.
