      I stayed at the motel 6 *********** back in July 2024. I stayed there was horrible. Nothing worked. It wasnt clean and the manager had her whole family in the office and in the pool the whole timewe were there they were loud. It was hard to sleep and everything was broken. They didnt wanna come in and clean or give us clean towels I was also staying there through the county, which is paying for my stay and had a fixed rate for all people that were going through the program. They charged me more than what they were supposed to even though they have a contract with the county theyre stealing money from people Fast-forward to today. I ordered an Amazon order and it was accidentally sent to the motel. I called ahead of time before the packages were delivered, and manager made a smart remark saying that if the packages actually got there, she would hold them when I was on my way to pick them up,even though the package was signed for and it was witnesses saying that they seen the ***** deliver the packages. The office attendant said that the packages came. The manager has stopped answering the phone and had left. I asked the attendant if she can help me contact the manager or give me a number and she basically was saying well you canjust get a refund through ******. She was no help. The manager kept calling to ask if I was still in the office I asked for the managers number they wouldnt give it to me they said because I didnt stay there and technically they didnt have to do anything about my packages becauseI wasnt there. I told him that I know they stole the packages and the tenant kept saying little smart remarks and saying that they will not review the cameras for methere was absolutely no help and no resolution. She basically told me that there was nothing they can do even though the package Was signed for, and I had talked to the manager about holding it prior to me going up there, I knew the manager was going to steal package. Police report filed!!

      We had an extremely frustrating experience at a Motel 6 on Christmas. After we presented confirmation of our reservation to the desk clerk, he looked down at his paperwork and told us that we couldn't get a room there. He said my husband was on a "do not rent" list. Our only recourse would be to call the corporate office. Even though we were exhausted from a long day of traveling, we undertook the fraught task of calling them. Of course we were put on hold for such a long time that we gave up and found another hotel. Following up later, I made many calls to talk to the manager of the hotel, and to the corporate office. Neither one would take responsibility for the inconvenience they caused us. They each blamed the other.When I finally got a call back from the G6 corporate office, that representative blamed the desk clerk for not following the proper procedure of scanning my husband's drivers license to discover that he shares the same name with their supposed unfit tenant. All she offered was apologies. There was no statement of intent to attempt to improve internal communications or training in the future. There was no consolation prize. Most disappointing, is that the administration wouldn't take responsibility for the mistake. We will never be back.

      Unbelievably bad. To start with, it took 10 tries to get a hotel key to work on a door that was visibly damaged - as in broken into. I was supposed to leave $100 deposit to get towels! The room had no pillows, blankets, remote, or SOAP. The bathroom floor was filthy. The front desk lied to me about getting a refund. Said I would have to get it through ******* which was a lie. ******* was never involved with the reservation.This motel is not in a nice part of town. The police were already across the street. Previous reviews said gun shots have been heard.

      This place is absolutely gross,There was trash on floor,had to go to front desk and ask for a tv remote,one measly hand towel,one roll of toilet paper,one tiny bar of soap,dirty sheets,cigarette burns all over blanket and duvet was very nasty.,hall ways were dirty.

      I have a dog like anyone else. She sleeps with me so when I stop breathing and she is able to wake up. They know she is a service dog and are trying to make me pay ***** because there is hair on the blankets. We had to call the police because the front desk was going to throw away my friends daughter school laptop because we put our stuff in a relatives room due to be told the room was paid for but wasnt. The front desk say if we dont have ***** to get our stuff back they are going to throw it away far from here so we cannot cover our stuff back at all. They are charging extra money from people with excuses to scam the money

      I reserved a hotel room for the night. As I arrived to receive entrance key, the front desk attendant interrupted me while I was speaking to specifically state, I cannot purchase a room now and I so not have a reservation. As I was trying to show him the reservation confirmation code I was given after I reserved and paid online funding to secure, he intensified his volume, became verbally offensive, uncomfortably accused by way of, "Bro, you better watch your mouth, of being disrespectful. I reminded him his use of the curse ****, was just heard and recorded by audio visual equipment clearly noticeable. After a substantial amount of time before I could realized I am being victimized and targeted in a harassing terrorizing way by a front desk attendant bound to be considerate of guide protocol at the main entrance. He eventually after stubbornly ignoring my ptoig ig purchase realized he could maintain his control over a patron by **** search. I had rnoufg6thr realized I eas pleading fir a receipt multiple times. After threats he made towards me and false accusations he printed a document with no names times dates or purchase amounts a blank copy of an invoice. He apparently slandered me on his computer and wanted me to see exactly this viscious act while I was standing there waiting for him to finish terrorizing with by destruction on company time and begin my request for a receipt of refund acknowledgement. I believe it beneficial to retrain this employee and review company protocol. He said I will never be welcomed at this business again and to get out apparently before I noticed I received a blank company invoice of a stand refund. ****** was uninformed with a baseball cap on, uncomfortably disrespectful, and no name tag in sight. As well as my bank statement shows a withdrawal for this reservation. This experience left me confused and unsure of how to proceed to receive my refund.

      Formal Complaint Regarding Bed Bug Infestation at [motel 6 9371 OH-************************* ], Room 234. Date issues: 11/30/2024 I hand Due to exhaustion from a long drive, I failed to read the hotel reviews beforehanda mistake I deeply regret. Later, I discovered multiple reviews from past guests reporting bed bug infestations, but unfortunately, we only learned of this after fleeing the motel ourselves.On the first night, my girlfriend woke up with bites from an unknown source. On the morning of November 30, we discovered large, visible bed bugs in our bed, confirming the cause of the bites. This realization left my girlfriend in severe psychological distressshe was crying, in shock, and unable to stay in the room any longer. We left immediately at around 6 a.m., and I had to take her to work with me because she refused to remain in that environment.We documented the situation with photos and videos, including the bed bugs and the state of the room. These materials clearly show the infestation and my girlfriends distress.I immediately attempted to contact the motel manager, who was not on-site. When I finally reached him, he dismissed my concerns, refused to inspect the room, and denied my request for a refund, saying, "Im not going anywhere, and you have no right to tell me what to do. Get out of the room in five minutes."When I turned to the front desk clerk, she also ignored the issue and threatened to call the police, stating that she was tired of hearing from me. Ultimately, we were forced to leave without any resolution, and the room was never inspected.I request an immediate inspection of room 234 and the entire motel to address this health hazard. I am prepared to provide video, photo, and audio evidence of the incident to support this claim. Additionally, I urge you to review the public complaints about this motel, which highlight a persistent issue with bed bugs

      Dont stay here, this place is infested with cockaroaches, hallways smell terrible, it has plumbing problems. It takes more than 20min for the people in the front desk to help you.

      I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at Motel 6 ***********************, located at *************************** on Wednesday, November 20. My experience at this establishment was far below acceptable standards, and I believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention. Upon check-in at 2:30 PM, I encountered several problems that contributed to an extremely unpleasant stay. The first issue arose when I requested two extra pillows, as the two provided in the room were worn out lumpy and brown. The staffs demeanor was unprofessional and unhelpful, making me feel unwelcome rather than accommodated. The condition of the room itself was alarming. I discovered that the bathroom faucet was broken off, the lamp had its wires cut, and the mirror was not only shattered but also covered in graffiti. Additionally, the sheets on the bed had yellow circular stains, which were visibly indicative of urine. This was not only disturbing but unacceptable for any lodging facility. Furthermore, the window air conditioning unit was non-functional. Despite multiple requests for assistance with these issues, the staff continued to refuse any substantial help or solutions. While I initially reserved the room for two nights, I decided to check out early due to these conditions. When I approached the staff about a refund I was only offered a refund for one night which I still haven't received. Given the circumstances, I found this response to be insufficient and indicative of poor customer service. It is my hope that this feedback will lead to improvements at this location, as it currently does not meet the standards expected of a lodging facility. I strongly advise potential guests to consider these issues before choosing to stay at Motel 6 ********, ** - Downtown. Thank you for your attention to these matters. Sincerely,

      We had a horrible experience at this Motel 6 the pictures on the website dont look like room we were given. Hole on the wall, water on the bed because water leakage and bathroom leak at the top. I would not recommend the Motel 6. Front desk cant even get a hold of the manager.

      First of all, you do not regret what happened to us and your satisfaction was not important because your manager never showed up. You need new management. No one should go to this Motel 6 on Gateway. We arrived on Thursday and we called in the day before and someone at the front desk told my sister that we could get into the room just little bit early and that did not happen. We came in and had to wait for 25 mins for ***** to finish cleaning the room. We got in to the room and there was hole in the wall where the door was, you know the door **** stopper. Okay so I went out and asked ***** to come take a look so she didnt think that we did the damage. She said that they were aware that someone else did it maintenance was going to repair it. She left and we noticed that there was no towels and the room was not as clean as it should be. So i went to get some towels and they said the towels were washing. ***. I had to come back later to get towels. Later on that evening we came back and I seen some shady people outside. We use the key to get in and the door would not unlock so my niece was waving some person through the door window to let us in. So as we are walking down the hall I noticed some guy place a stick at the bottom of the door to keep it open and all night we heard people coming in and out.I couldnt sleep cause some drunk people above us was making so much noise and I thought my car was going to be stolen. Anyways we got some sleep even though one eye was open. So we got up, got ready thinking about having some breakfast and come to find out they serve coffee only. It said on there website continental breakfast but I guess not. We should of went upstairs cause someone was cooking in one of the rooms. Maybe they could of served us some breakfast. Anyways, we took off to ***** where they have the best mexican food and headed out to the outlet mall.We hung out with our dad waiting to watch the ******* fight with **** ***** and **** the snake. We ended up calling a night cause we tired of waiting for the fight. Never again with ******* it wad horrible and waste if time. We headed back to Motel 6 and low and behold, walked into the room and my niece said hurry *** open the door I have to use the restroom and she walked into the bathroom and water came from the ceiling, water on the toilet seat and on the floor. We were so tired and my sister was ****** off, she said H*** No. I grabbed my duffle bag to change cause I was tired and placed it on the bed and I noticed a yellow wet circle, I looked up and water had come from the ceiling. I had taken my shoes off and walked out and I stepped on the carpet outside the door and the carpet was soaked with water. I have pictures to prove it. I went to the front desk and there was ******. I told him everything and he came to inspect and he took pictures and apologized. We told him to give us a refund cause we didnt want to stay. He said he couldnt give us a refund but that he could give another room that had no ac or heater. We said no thanks. We asked to speak to a manager but no manager on site. I spoke to **** the maintenance guy, showed him the condition of the room. I spoke to ******* in the morning. He was aware of eveything in room 119. ******* said no refund that we would could speak the manager ** she ever shows up Ms ***** or ***** never showed up. I dont blame the employees but i blame the management. This Motel 6 definitely needs an over haul. What a disappointment. See the pictures attached and give my sister her money. And whoever rellys back from Motel 6 Dont even bother to say you are sorry cause I know you are not. Your apology is not accepted. A full refunded would be greatly appreciated. One last thing the pictures of your Motel 6 is not what it looks like. We were suppose to check out on Sunday morning, but we left Saturday at 11am.Ask *******!
