This is a fantastic group. Lots of resources and knowledgeable coaches. Definitely very supported not just in my fitness goals but in my overall health and wellness. This is not a shame-based or diet culture community but rather someone to hold you accountable and provide knowledge and support to help you accomplish the goals that are meaningful to you!

Strength in Harmony is an incredible resource as well as family! Not only do you learn health and fitness even weight loss you learn so much about yourself! It is a lifestyle that makes you put yourself just below God who is #1! The coaches are such an inspiration as well as all the clients! You always have backup when you need it personally, emotionally mentally and fitness! I have much love for my big SIH family!!!! Strength and Harmony, especially Coach *****, has been an important part of the choice I've made to get healthier in my life. All of the coaches are incredibly supportive and informative, and always there to help! SIH is the best thing I have ever done for myself! The coaches are attentive and kind. I constantly feel uplifted and like I can conquer the issues that come my way. I have done training before, but this is unmatched! I highly suggest it to anyone who will listen!Strength In Harmony

Strength in Harmony has been life changing for me! I watched my sister work with the company for about a year before I finally worked up the guts to join. I have found the most supportive group of people and an amazing coach. It has truly been a life changing experience and an answer to prayers! ?? The best investment in myself Ive ever made. Being taught to be realistic, how to push myself and hold myself accountable in a healthy way and not in an all or nothing way, and how to also give myself ***** are only a few of the positive ways in which my life has changed.
