    when you meet the owner he is super nice and promises whatever and is very helpful and a fair mid level price, Do not pay anything till the job is done. He will cut some big trees ask for quite a bit of the money say I will be back Monday... Then you have a big mess left with him saying his equipment broke down. Months later still no show! I found out he did this before to people. Do not give him money till finished. ** *****
