    We had clubhouse roofing install an entire new roofing system (roof, gutters, downspouts, soffit, fascia, etc) on our home. It was a big purchase and Bart & Austin both told us what we wanted to hear to get us to sign. Once we signed, they obviously had no interest in honoring their word or making things right when they knew they were in the wrong. In fact after it was installed and when we had an issue (drywall in primary bedroom was getting wet), they sent some subcontractor out (did not seem to be an employee) to tell us there was no problem. It didn't feel right at the time. We heard him make a call before telling us everything was fine. We proceeded to have several more roofers come out to inspect and they all gave us the same answer. The job was not properly completed and would cost about $2,000 to fix the area. We sent this information over to Bart with pictures who then just continued to blow us off. They are not honest guys - don't use them.
