      FANTASTIC! Hiller has exceeded my expectations! ...AGAIN! This team was led by Bryan (the estimater) and Dustin (the on-site project lead). Other team members were Russ and Anthony. The work was the renewal of an old ducting system. Bryan anticipated the need and did not try to oversell the work. Dustin picked up the estimate and did the work with his team. There were surprises (a stuck damper and excessive surprise dead ends), but the team took it ALL in stride and put in a very long day! (10pm!) The next day I was shocked to hear the sound of heat rushing through new duct work! (Something i had not heard in this house prior.) Since then the outside temperatures have been some of the coldest of the year yet my system was producing the best heat I have felt in this home. Dustin, Russ and Anthony were respectful, neat and clean. They were amazing ambassadors for their company. Thank you, Hiller for hiring such a great team!

      called hiller to fix my furnace. they were here 6 times for the same issue in the last month. a couple of days ago the furnace smoked up the house and i called 911 to have the fire department come to make sure it wouldn’t start a fire. called ronnie s****** of hiller and told him what had happened and he said he was sure it wasn’t anything that they did. yes, it wasn’t anything they did, it was what they didn’t do. zero stars. **** ******

      EXTREMELY UPSET Hiller person CALLED ME TO RESCHEDULE appointment for TUNEUP they CALLED Me TO SCHEDULE Here we are Friday January 10th it's 29degrees outside and they want TO CANCEL MY Appointment I TOOK Off Work for And THE Appointment is For TOMORROW the 11th of January 2025 it's SNOWING and We are under a WINTER WEATHER WARNING If THINGS I Do not understand I PAY MONTHLY FOR THEIR HAPPY HILLER CLUB WHAT A RIP OFF.

      We purchased a heating and air conditioning unit 5 years ago from Hiller in Bowling Green, KY and have had nothing but problems. The capacitor has been replaced twice, starter once, heat and AC have gone out on multiple occasions every year and NOTHING has been done. They continually send out people that don't fix the problem. One tech asked why a certain capacitor was on the unit after it burned out then the next tech said it was not the right one that was replaced. I have asked on countless occasions to have corporate contact me with no resolve. Hiller is well aware of all the problems and just keeps putting band aids on it. We are at our wits end and we highly regret using Hiller for our heating and air conditioning needs. We are actually debating ripping this unit out and going with a company that cares about making things right. If corporate is aware and hasn't done anything then I cannot believe they would stand for it. Their website says "The Best Techs. The Best Service.100% Guaranteed" which they don't stand behind. It also states that "Care is our Core Value" which they don't exhibit and lastly it states "Happy You’ll Be or the Service is Free™ – if you are unhappy, you will always receive our money-back guarantee" which they don't honor.

      In July I called Hiller Heating and plumbing. I was due for an electric tune up of so I agreed for July The day of their appointment they called to reschedule that morning. No problem 2 weeks out their next appointment they called and said your technician is hung up we need to reschedule. OK no problem. Now comes appointment on August 17th supposed to be there between 1 and 3. At 3pm window up no call no show. I called to see what's going on and Lyndsay answers and I told her I had an appointment between 1 and 3. She told me she didn't know where my technician was. Would you like to reschedule? I said we've done this 3 times already and still no one shows. So I told her no I would cancel my Happy Hiller club Monday and hung up. I filled out the paper online to cancel it. No one I repeat No one contacted me to ask why or even cared to contact me. Please Stay away from there Electric department. This proves That Hiller doesn't care about customers. I mean why would you treat someone like this that in the last 2 years I have Bought a new water heater and 2 New Air Conditioning units. Sad very Sad. Please don't use them.

      I had an issue with the initial service I received. I contacted Customer Service. They went over and beyond to resolve the issue. Someone from Corporate called to and provided me with their direct phone number. The Tech who came out to fix the issues was friendly, very professional and quickly resolved the issue to my satisfaction. This is a stand up business who is serious about customer satisfaction.

      Hiller provides outstanding customer service and highly proficient, friendly employees that have met my needs for 20 years. I highly recommend this company for the fantastic work they do in all of its specialties.

      Hiller technician Ryan, arrived on time and introduced himself. I explained I had a problem with kitchen sink garbage disposal and clogged drain. Ryan provided estimate of repair or new disposal unit and options as to size of units either 1/2 or 3/4 hp. I decided on new 3/4 hp unit. The work was rapidly completed and tested. Ryan cleaned up debris and disposed of old unit. A completed invoice was transmitted to my computer which I approved. Ryan, was courteous, friendly and an excellent example for Hiller technicians.

      I managed several rental properties and have been using Hiller service for a long time. They have very reasonable in their price and extremely capable and their abilities to get projects done in a timely fashion. I’ve used many other providers some of which have been good, but never consistent as Hiller Plumbing has been for many years of service with me.

      Great service. Quick to come out and very reasonably priced. Very thorough on what they did and suggest you do for future purposes. Offer lots of services as well to improve home if needed.
