A *********************, from Perfected Process Service **** called several members of family informing them that they were trying to serve me and my house was in jeopardy. When my wife tried to get information form them about the debt and telling them she was at home and they could serve the subpoena now, they got nasty with her and hung up the phone. They had misinformation about a debt that was 25 years ago.

    Business Response

I appreciate the opportunity to respond to the complaint.  I, *******************, am the owner of Perfected Process Service.  The complaint is not true for multiple reasons.  1) ********************* was a subcontractor for my company but has not performed any contract work for over a year.  ***** works full time as a claims manager for State Farm based out of ******** **.  2) We do serve legal documents for various attorneys and courts.  However, we are not provided phone numbers for any defendant as against state law.  3) Looking at the complaint person, we do not work out of Middle **.  All of our work is in ********* and ************ **. 4) I looked into our database, and we have never served documents to the person who complained 5) Last, I pull ******************* body camera footage for 2022 and there is not one case where he serves this person.

Unfortunately, we get defendants who are not happy being served, however we have never served this defendant.  We also get people that call and yell at us for serving them and when we inquire, they just googled process service company and we come up and they assume it is us.

As a member of T.A.P.P.S and N.A.P.P.S, both organizations we are approved and certified by, we take our responsibility very serious as to not only be ethical but abide by all state and federal law.

The complaint is against us and we are not the correct company because if you look at the complaint the name of the company is different in the actual complaint.  I have reviewed everything and this is not even in an area we do business.

I received a call from a ******* in regards to this matter. I am surprised that BBB would share my contact information with him, and if they didn't, how would he have gotten it?....If you search ********************* online, there is information that he is/was employed by Perfected Process Servers. The only remedy I am seeking is to not be contacted again by their company/person, and to have their practices looked into.

    Thank You

I am rejecting this response because: ******* states I had the Business name wrong, but he mentions the company name in his response, and it matches what I provided. I would not know if ********************* still works for him, I can only tell what I see online. All I am asking is that i not be contacted again but ***** or the company he works for. I am not equally upset that BBB would share my contact info with *******. He has not attempted to reach out to me to settle this dispute.

    Sincerely,

    *******************

    Business Response

    Hello,

I do own Perfected Process Service as I previously stated.  I again looked in our database with the courts and we have never been contracted to serve a defendant by the name that filed this report, nor any family member.  I have also spoken with both General Sesssions Civil court and the Circuit Court and this defendant does not even have an open ***********************

Again, ********************* does not nor has ever worked for my company.  He did contract work for us many years ago.  The person filing the claim is being dishonest and I have his personal details and we will be filing a complaint with the court here in ********* ** against him for falsification of records and we will be issuing a subpoena for him to appear in court with his claims.  We will also be countersuing because I have personally spent several hours looking into the false claim.

    To recap:

    1) I have already stated that this was not our case, the person making this claim got names wrong in the complaint and did not even have our accurate name and/or address.  He is out of state and we do not do any work but in the ************, ** area.  We are linked to the state and federal databases and I cannot find an open case for this person.

    2) We are not provided phone numbers by state and federal law, so there would be no way for anyone to contact this person or their family.

    3) I have reviewed ********************* body camera footage for 2021 and he only completed 4 jobs and all were in ************, ** and no video shows a case for the person filing this complaint.

    4) The burden of proof now falls on the person making this claim because we abide by all local, state, and federal law.  We have the needed proof that this incident never occurred.  We are members of T.A.P.P.S and N.A.P.P.S. and have never had a complaint in 27 years of doing business.

    5) Again, please drop this complaint as soon as possible because it is not accurate.

    6) ********************* has never worked for us, he works for ******************** out of ********, **, he only completed a few subcontract jobs back in ******************************************** probate.

    7) Last, I have tried several times to reach out to this person and they will not respond to our calls, texts, or letters we have sent.
