Jason was absolutely awesome. I would highly recommend. He promptly responded when I left a message for him that my A/C had gone out. Offered to come that day, even though it was a Sunday afternoon. We scheduled for a next day service call. He arranged to be there at a certain time & he was there when he said he would be! Found the issue and resolved the same day! Very professional. Will definitely call Hero Air for any hvac needs!
