  I purchased windows and doors from The Window Source. The time frame of items being delivered was reasonable. I actually would give a 5 star rating for the actual windows and doors. They are beautiful! Immediately following installation, my rating would have been a 1 star. I had to contact the company three times with pictures of the work done, unhappy with the craftsmanship of the carpentry work. My salesman came back out spending a couple of weeks reworking all wraps, floor transitions, and cleaning up the crews disaster. My siding was hacked up, wraps were completed in a manner that looked like someone with no experience did it, uneven widths around the same window, wood was exposed around doors that was not previously exposed, staples left in trim, holes/damage in trim, broken trim, etc.. This experience is about the sloppy work that an untrained person could have done and the stress it caused me. The 4 stars is for the end result, and the salesman ***** who spent so much time correcting the many things that were horribly done. Luckily, he had previously worked on a team and was knowledgeable of how to make it so much better. ***** corrected all of it. Overall, my experience was not good. ***** salvaged this rating. Window Source, you owe him BIG! If you decide to use The Window Source, you need to closely observe the work in the details. When you spend the money on Windows and doors like this require, you want to improve the looks of your home. Despite the beautiful windows and doors themselves, the carpentry diverted the attention away from the product and to the shotty work. It was embarrassing to tell people what I spent on the product, initially. They were shocked!
