      Beware ladies in *******, **. I called to see if Gateway would repair a flat. I could put air in and take it there. They said that they would do it for free. I was willing to pay for labor, but they said it wasn't necessary. I took it there and called later to find out what caused it. They said it was cut on the side of the tire, so it could not be repaired. They had one just like it, and they could put it on for $347.00. I said I would call back after I checked with ****** where I purchased the tire. They said the tire was still under warranty. They would take care of it and charge me according to how much wear and tear was on the tire. They told me at the end that they found a s**** inside. They patched and plugged the hole. I was charged $00.00. Ladies, please don't fall for that "free" word with Gateway. That is just to get you into the door and then lie to you.

      Since moving to ********, I have used Gateway for a couple of my vehicles. But no more...Brake Pad service light came on my *** X5. I took it to Gateway, since they did my last brakes on another vehicle. They called with quote, saying that they will probably break the brake sensors removing, so new sensors, pads, possibly rotors needed. They went on to say if not replacing with sensors, dashboard lights will still be on when I pick car up. That sold me, told him to replace them. Today, picked up X5, all dash lights still say service needed. Turned around, talked to **** *****, the manager or asst ******** and he told me they did what they could. **** said they do brakes, not computers and my brakes are fixed. He said they don't have tools or ability to reset my dash. NOT Happy. Why take the job at all if you can't finish it. Gateway Hernando seems to think job is finished. The manager very calmly said there was nothing more he could do to help me. Wow. Just so unprofessional. Nearest *** shop is 50 miles, so am I pay twice for my brake job; I feel cheated and robbed. Definitely feel like I did not get what they promised and I paid for, but ****** learned on who to use next on my many family vehicles.I go home, pull up ********** and guess what, pages of videos, all about 3 minutes long on dashboard reset procedure. NO TOOLS Needed, Only a Brain!!!Start car, hold odometer, hit reset, done. Just a minute of research and Gateway's service improves forever. Management sets tone of any business, this one is simply lazy. You can thank me for finishing your job and providing you a way to properly finish ***s.I paid way too much to have to finish the job myself. Sure it wasn't hard, but that's me, a car and computer guy, my mother would have been screwed. I now question the attention to detail on the rest of their work if this is their attitude in general. How Gateway can allow something as basic as this to leave the shop, with zero attempt to be fix. ***.

      Gateway on 4719 hwy 51 in ********* Ms need to do better with their services and customer **********************. I took my vehicle to them due to possible damage done from hitting a pothole. I took my vehicle to them, to get it fixed. They informed me and my husband that it needed an alignment, tires, tire rotation and balancing. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday morning. They stated that it was fixed and I picked it up Monday evening. On Tuesday morning I went back to them, to inform them that the shaking was still there. I was charged for an alignment ,that should have fixed the problem . When I told the manager ************************* about it;she said it maybe my tires. Granted that they placed 2 new ones on it. Rotated the back tires to the front. If the back tires were bad, question was " why didn't you recommend 4 tires, instead of 2"?She then replied well we will recheck your vehicle for no charge. They informed me that my rotors need to be changed???. That was going to be another $205.16. if all of this was going on, why didn't you do it all at one time was my question? I took my vehicle to another tire shop. Never told them that I had just left gateway. The tire company told me that I needed an alignment and rotors. If Gateway did an alignment on Monday, why would I need another one on Tuesday? Can someone help me understand that concept? I went back to get a refund on the alignment .************************* kept arguing that they did the alignment. I felt myself getting angry with her and tried to keep my composure. I left that company angry and no refund .I would not recommend anyone to take their vehicle to that particular Gateway.************************* and *********************** have no professionalism .They overcharge the customers. They charged me for ********************** in which was not rendered. AVOID THIS BUSINESS at all cost.This particular Gateway is a rip off . The owner has to be aware of this behavior. The other company fixed my vehicle. Hope no one else experience this. ****** learned.

      First store I have ever bought tires from where they will not take returns. I wanted to upsize my truck tires and what they sold me didn't fit. They hit the fender liners. When I called them they refused to take them in return. Went to Raleigh Tire where they take returns for 60 days. Won't be back.

      So sorry to hear that you are not happy with you tires I was not able to find any history for a tire purchase under your name, please reach out to the Regional Manager at ******************* with contact information and a time you are available. I need more information before I even try to be of service with your concerns. Many of our Manufacturers do have a ride guarantee for 30 days but that is for original equipment size only and there are other stipulations that have to be followed. Any tire that has been mounted and put into service is a used item. Our locations do not sale used tires. ************* will be more than happy to look into all. Hope to hear from you soon.

      I purchased a tire on 10/24/23 with a tire protection plan. Unfortunately, the tire went flat in an irreparable condition. Today, on 11/21/2023, the tire has been replaced, and I paid $160.21. Because it is "claimed" that the tire reached 50% of its tread wear. I am curious about how the tire has worn out 50% of its expected lifetime in such a short distance and time. I disagree with the notion that a tire can only reach 50% tread wear within a year. The fact that the car has been used gently as a family vehicle. My second concern pertains to the original price of the tire. Today, the same tires are at ******* for $183.84 each. In contrast, it was sold to me during the replacement transaction for $324.27 I have the invoices and am ready to prove it.This is absolutely unfair!

      No Customer **********************. After buying 4 new tires can not get them rotated which is a free service with purchase. went there at 7:30 AM and was told it would be 2-3 hours???

      Today is my 3rd Saturday in a row that I have attempted to receive service from the Lakeland, Hwy 64 Gateway Tires. Today, I arrived at this location a little after 09:00 hours and was advised that my vehicle could not be serviced for an oil change due to them closing at 14:00 hours. I spoke with the manager on duty and he provided the General Manager, ******************* phone number. After leaving General Manager *********************** a voicemail, she did in fact return my phone call. After explaining my issue to her, visiting the stores on 3 different occasions way before close of business but being refused service. She became very defensive and rude in stating there are other customers who leave their vehicle to be serviced the day before. I made her aware of myself and many other customers not knowing that was an option, its not advertised to receive service you must leave your vehicle overnight, but I explained to her how ridiculous it was to refuse customers 5 hours before close of business. General Manager ****************** advised shes been with the company 34 years, she answers the complaints if I decided to make one and I could lastly take my business else where. At no time did ******* apologize, show empathy or even interest in the issue at hand. Although many businesses across The U.S. are short staff this is still unacceptable. Lastly, I hate that *********************** being a General Manager and with the company 34 long years feels that she is above customers and their concerns. Most would be grateful to be employed as long as 34 years, but unfortunately *********************** feels that she is irreplaceable and can treat customers any kind of way. How unprofessional, ***********************. I do believe the standards are higher than this and this is not the way the owners of Gateway would like for their management team to conduct business. I hope someone can fix this issue. Best regards.

The other possibility is for you to plan to be there at the opening or leave the vehicle the night before. On Saturday we are only open till 2:00 pm and it is a very busy day. At the time of your arrival, which was after 9 that morning, we had 10 oil changes ahead of you. Hopefully, you will understand and can make arrangements that will work for you.       The manager ***** is a racist individual, my car was taken to Gateway from Service King by ******* and I was told by her to speak with them personally because if she speaks for me that she will have to add 25% on the amount that I already had to pay to Gateway so I called and ***** picked up and he told me he cant speak to me and that he needed to speak to ******* and he hung up on me and the next day I went to get my vehicle because of the lack of respect it literally took them ********************************************************************************************************* why would I allow you to even work on my vehicle I have never experienced anything like this in Life I cant see how hes a manager and very rude and racist

      Perfect repair shop if you are looking for fix that doesn't not care about your safety at all. I have been a loyal gateway customer for over 15 years. In the past month I have visited twice and had the extremely unlucky experience of being helped by ****** both times. The first time I visited I said I needed an oil changed, my brakes checked because they were squeaking and possibly new tires. ****** went out to my car and quickly dismissed the idea of new tires. Later I was told my brakes are fine they're only squeaking because of the material.Fast forward month, in a horrible rainstorm I get a flat an my tire completely shreds. When I went up to gateway to have my tire replaced, ****** was the only person at the desk. He took a look at my tire and berated me asking me what I hit. I told him I didn't know and he huffed he didn't know how he could handle the warranty with a tire like that. I said the tire was 4-6 years old and I wasn't expecting it to still be under warranty. We got back to the computer and he proudly stated "Its your lucky day, I've got a cheap tire for you". I told him I didn't want to replace just one tire, I wanted a pair for my safety. He argued with me about buying two tires instead of one. I was the one wanting to spend more money! I really wanted to buy and entire set of tires, but was in no mood to argue for that.Later he called to let me know that the work was completed, but in the process the mechanic discovered my tire pressure sensor was damaged. He let me know there was no reason to fix this, my tire pressure light would just stay on. I had to firmly tell him no I wanted it fixed.Today I felt the safety of my vehicle was of no concern to them.I will be taking my car elsewhere to get my brakes checked again I spoke to a manager and showed pictures of my tires and he only doubled down defending this employee. I wanted to buy tires and pay full price for them to feel safer and this business belittled me and talked down
