    We ordered shirts for our baseball team, the adult shirts were made wrong and the kids jerseys are peeling and they refused to give us our money back

    Hello Better Business Bureau,

    The order did have the imperfection of the back of the Youth shirts only.  We did admit there was an error and we wanted the shirts back, shipped to us, which would have been paid for and the reimbursement made when we received these back.  We have not received the shirts back as of this date; we need to know why there was product failure.

    The customer is mad only that she wants all money returned, for the shirts that did not have a problem with them.  This was never promised to her, and we were going to rectify the situation as best as possible due to the distance between us.

    We are unable to send shirts back because we are still needing them for the season, the coaches have to have shirts that match the kids to be on the field for the games, we are constantly having to re iron on everything on the shirt.
